Tyler Mitchell came to do my yearly termite check today. I really appreciate him checking all termite stations. He was courteous and had a wonderful attitude about his job serving Terminix. That’s the kind of person I would want to check my bait stations yearly

I got service scheduled and done for a client, both the client and her family were happy with how Brecken was so attentive, informative, and caring in his approach to the situation. Shout out to Brecken for being a rockstar, I would also like to say that Torrance and Andrew were swift with getting the problem taken care of, and Torrances’ customer service was A1! I’ll recommend this location to anyone I can!

Unreliable. I should’ve listened to what people said about technicians not showing up for appointments. I set up an appointment for this morning, they said the technician will be at my house between 8-10 am. They sent me an email confirmation, so I called them at 9 am just to make sure he will show up, a lady answered and said she could not get a hold of the technician but he will be there. Past 10, and no text or call from the technician that he was on own his way, so I called them and canceled. This is why no one is giving them good reviews.

THey were great once they got here. But It took several phone calls and not showing up the day that was scheduled before they showed up. They were going to call me the same day to set up next appointment but once again I have had to make the call and still don't have an appointment. For what we paid for this service I would think they would be more on top of it then what I have seen.

I have my attic insulated by Terminix and remove all the old insulation damaged by bats and squirrels., and I am very happy with results .The team was professional and did a clean, throughly job . . They explained the process clearly . Trey did a wonderful job sealing all the cracks and holes he found in my attic . Highly recommend their services .

Derek Drake came to home and it was supposed to be a “free checkup” he spent 2 minutes walking around my house and then sat in his car for 20 minutes and didn’t move. When I had signed up for the services I paid a significant amount and was told nothing would be due for along time because it was a quarterly service. So the checkup was supposed to be “free” but then I checked my bank and they’re trying to withdrawal more money. The original man I spoke with did such a good job and we even sat down at my table, but no communication or anything after that gentleman came through. I made complaints and was Nice about it and even told the lady on the phone I didn’t want to upload a review or drop the video. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager, and she assured me it would only be 24 to 48 hours till somebody got back to me. Well, next thing I know it’s Friday five days later and no response so I reached back out and I wasn’t quite as nice. I was respectful to her because I knew it wasn’t her fault. And now it’s Monday just over a week after I made the complaint over the phone and still nobody has reached out at all. I don’t take pleasure in leaving Negative reviews, but when a company blatantly ignores my concerns that becomes a problem when I am paying you for your services.

I've had the fortunate experience of meeting with Cody and Andrew who have been honest, transparent and very professional in their service and communication, breaking down requirements for a roach treatment plan for a friend. Third year in a row for bat infestation! But this year Tyler Mitchell and his buddy promised to get rid of them for good!! Several entry points were never adequately covered the first year and last year they just scooped out sandwich sized bag of insulation and never resanitizedd!!! These guys are going above and beyond!! Will update next week!! Well it is now 10~02~25 and Tyler has disappointed us 3 times since! He set up three appointments with us to get rid of the bats…and he never showed to any of them…no call no cancellation…just ghosted! Will update tomorrow!🥺 Today, Friday they finally showed up at 4 and were able to get the attic cleaned out and disinfected and insulation back in there! Thank you for finally showing up and getting the job done!

Very professional, , kind, thoughtful and very polite. Respectful of my home took their time to secure my home., Bruce and Nick were so concerned about my well-being . After finding a bat in my bedroom there were several companies ,I was going to call, but after looking at the reviews for Terminix, I decided to give them a call. And I am so glad I did. it took them 4 days to find the Bat in my bedroom but they did not give up! Then they did a protection of securing of my entire home, after inspection finding so many gaps, in my roof area ,after just having a new roof put on. So if you looking for a company , their business is more than just a job ! But their business is ,their concerned about the about the people that make that call! To them....... highly recommended. So glad I made the call I can rest at night now that I can sleep in my own room again.
