Bait and switch is the only thing they'll get done. Horrible customer service! You're better off throwing money at anything you can get your hands on then to trust them! They'll call you to sell more services but never take care of the services you pay for! Their products dont work! For your termite inspection they never actually inspect your home they just change the bait stations and go on about their day.

Quick summary: Poor communication, missed appointments, misleading sales promises, and ineffective service. If you have a real pest problem, especially mice, look elsewhere. We signed up with Terminix in June 2025 after moving into a home where a mouse issue had been disclosed but was said to have already been handled by a professional. We chose Terminix because of their reputation and expected a reliable, professional solution if anything resurfaced. That did not happen. The inspector was very friendly and told us mice were included in the pest and termite bundle and that they would help seal entry points like gaps in the garage. None of that ended up being true. A lot of what we were told would be included turned into extra charges after we signed. We had to escalate the issue just to get someone to call us back. When we finally spoke with a regional manager, he admitted this type of issue had happened before. That did not help us because we were already locked into the contract. We were also told the termite portion could be removed at any time, but that was not true either. You are locked in unless you pay it out and pay a cancellation fee. The actual service was just as frustrating. Multiple techs showed up over time and none of them had any real knowledge of our home or situation. Most visits were quick spray visits for bugs and nothing more. Our main issue has always been mice, and one of the technicians even said he does not deal with mice. Over the entire year, Terminix placed two bait stations after we repeatedly asked. No snap traps, no real investigation, and no effort to find where the mice were coming from. I have personally caught more mice than they have. As of April 2026, we are still dealing with mice. I have caught them four days in a row using my own traps. During our most recent service, I was told they could not find any entry points. That same day, I caught another mouse. We also had bees getting into our home for over a week. It took multiple calls to get any response. I ended up finding the entry point myself and sealing it. Communication is terrible. The call center and local techs are clearly not on the same page. We had multiple missed appointments and long delays when trying to get help. On top of paying for Terminix, we have spent over $2000 out of pocket on other companies and supplies just to deal with the problem. Final warning. The contract auto renews. If you do not cancel at the right time, you are locked in again. Also, get everything in writing. Do not rely on what the inspector or someone on the phone tells you. This has been the worst experience I have had with a pest control company.

The Tech started complaining about Trump to me and it made me uncomfortable. We have cockroaches and I can't get ahold of anyone. The Tech is very rude and was not nice. I sure hope that I can get this resolved with the cockroaches and watching Fox is what my client likes. Its bad and I am about ready to leave and find another company.

Nick Elrod came to inspect our attic because we were hearing noises up there back in 2022. He showed us a few pictures and told us the whole attic is covered by bat droppings and mouse feces and it was a danger to health and we had to change the whole entire insulation, etc. I wish I could include the pictures but the link in that email is expired, there were multiple and scary. He quoted over $7000 and said may be even more. I was dealing with some financial situation so decided to postpone it and then the noise went away until this spring. This time we had critter control come in, since a few friends recommended them. The guy who inspected said there were a few baby birds in a nest up there and all the insulation was clean without a single dropping. We were shocked and even had him double check and he said there was no signs of bats or mouse or any other species besides that bird nest. I couldn’t believe how ruthless could a person be to make up that big of a lie and even provide false photographic documentation to get more money, and not just a couple hundreds but thousands! I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Tyler Mitchell came to do my yearly termite check today. I really appreciate him checking all termite stations. He was courteous and had a wonderful attitude about his job serving Terminix. That’s the kind of person I would want to check my bait stations yearly

I got service scheduled and done for a client, both the client and her family were happy with how Brecken was so attentive, informative, and caring in his approach to the situation. Shout out to Brecken for being a rockstar, I would also like to say that Torrance and Andrew were swift with getting the problem taken care of, and Torrances’ customer service was A1! I’ll recommend this location to anyone I can!

Unreliable. I should’ve listened to what people said about technicians not showing up for appointments. I set up an appointment for this morning, they said the technician will be at my house between 8-10 am. They sent me an email confirmation, so I called them at 9 am just to make sure he will show up, a lady answered and said she could not get a hold of the technician but he will be there. Past 10, and no text or call from the technician that he was on own his way, so I called them and canceled. This is why no one is giving them good reviews.

THey were great once they got here. But It took several phone calls and not showing up the day that was scheduled before they showed up. They were going to call me the same day to set up next appointment but once again I have had to make the call and still don't have an appointment. For what we paid for this service I would think they would be more on top of it then what I have seen.

I have my attic insulated by Terminix and remove all the old insulation damaged by bats and squirrels., and I am very happy with results .The team was professional and did a clean, throughly job . . They explained the process clearly . Trey did a wonderful job sealing all the cracks and holes he found in my attic . Highly recommend their services .
