We were concerned about termites we found near our house. We scheduled an inspection and were so blessed to have Jake come to check our home. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He spent over two hours here because we also asked about a potential mouse issue and carpenter bees. He willingly checked out all our potential issues and helped us save money in the long run. It was truly a great experience and we were thankful for his expertise! Definitely recommend!

I cannot imaging a worse example of customer service than my experience with Terminix. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I hired Terminix to exterminate mice from my house. They were unsuccessful! In addition, their customer service is absolutely terrible. And the workmanship and professionalism were the worst. The work that I contracted Terminix to complete was removal of my attic insulation and replacement with new anti-pest insulation, along with installation of protections against mice entry into my house. I paid Terminix over $15,000 in August 2024 and they still have not completed the work despite multiple requests. I am now considering legal action for breach of contract. The old insulation was not completely removed from my attic and new insulation was not properly installed in a significant portion of my attic. Other construction work that was included in the contract scope of work was not completed, such as work on attic vents and door seals. I have contact Terminix multiple times without resolution of my complaints. They simply ignore me. They got my money and now do not care to finish their work. I will NEVER use Terminix again and cannot recommend strongly enouch that NO ONE ever use this company. ADDENDUM: Terminex sent the standard reply to my review and asked that I reply to them on an email... but I had already done that and THE EMAIL IS NOT DELIVERABLE. Way to go Terminix... another customer service blunder. YOU ARE THE WORST.

We have paid for exclusion service and after the technician identified areas needing further exclusion service that we paid for, they have been out multiple times saying they will need to reschedule due to incorrect equipment brought for the job. They have subsequently just stopped showing up for scheduled services. Also initially paid for attic insulation services and they did not provide full coverage across the entire attic and when we had an energy auditor come by, they found several areas where there was inadequate insulation coverage. Attempts to contact the branch or management have all been met with no further escalation or contact from anyone other than the base level of customer service. I would highly recommend avoiding Terminix in our area due to communications issues, and lack of adequate services provided.

Update on 11/20/24. No response from Rentokill! Send like they are just trying to act like they resolve issues. Since providing them details of my service have gotten no response. Waited over 40 minutes to Chat with an agent this evening with no response. Definitely avoid Terminix!! Been almost a year and still have billing issues, overbilling, and lack of service. Customer service states local office has to correct issues, but the manager there never does. He just cancels my account and charges me an early cancellation fee. I have not cancelled it as that cancellation fee is very high, then I have to get my account reactivated even though I never cancelled. Then all those months is been cancelled, I do not get service nor a refund for those months. Worst company I have ever dealt with! Still have mice and pests in my house after almost a year of this service. Very expensive for very little service!

If I could give a 0 star, I would. They only spray around on the outside of the perimeter and won't use an insect gas in the attic without additional cost so we still have spider. We use the company because of the termite. After the contract ended, we moved beginning of a quarter so we canceled service at the old house. They closed the account, but still came up with a whole bunch of reason to charge us for more after by calling me non-stop: like we charge per quarter, but the bill comes once a month so if you canceled the during first or mid quarter, you still have to pay for the whole quarter. Also, they closed the account so they wanted me to pay over the phone. Just in case of spam, I called back the phone number on their website and verified all these BS that turned out to be true. So we have decided not to use them at the new house.
