Terminix staff have no respect for your daily life or your work schedule. They tell YOU when THEY will schedule services. So you take the day off to be home the day of services AND Terminix is a no show, no phone call, no text~ absolutely no form of communication. After days of trying to reach out to Terminix to get an appt scheduled, you’ll eventually receive a text from all your efforts to contact them. Terminix will text you anywhere from 6:43am- 11:33pm ( yes, you read those times correctly, they have no regard for YOU!) and again they set the time. So, again you take time off from work to be home and unbeknownst to you~ you will NOT receive your “ scheduled “ services again. Maybe~ Hopefully~ ??~ Terminix techs MIGHT text you and guess for what…. toooo tell YOU ( the paying customer) your appt has been rescheduled to the following week…if this pattern continues weekly….. I will LOSE one week of pay from my employer every month!!!! This company has displayed to take your money and talk you into premium services etc… AND ALL promises are broken upon signing the Terminix contract and funds are satisfied. Good luck!!

I could not recommend this branch less. Blake and Chris are massively incompetent. How did they ever make it to managers? We spent $1500 on exclusion services that were so poorly performed that it’s silly to even say they tried. They plugged in two INSIDE holes (ones only accessed once the mice get into the house) with steel wool and did nothing for the outside or basement, which is where the mice are coming in. After they did this, we still had tons of mice getting into the areas where they supposedly put steel wool. Chris wasted our time on multiple occasions by being late to a meeting, not arriving with gear to actually do the remediation, and not communicating with us when supplies arrived or when a technician wasn’t going to show up. I had to do his job for him by showing him where mice are coming in through the basement. We have called at least 5 times to get a refund but it hasn’t happened because Blake has blocked our ability to get refunded for services not performed each time. The call center has escalated the issue at least 3 times with no luck. And we still have mice! They tried to remedy it by scheduling another person to come in November but that person never showed up and we weren’t told they weren’t coming so we wasted our afternoon waiting around for this guy to come. This is such a perfect example of what it is like trying to work with this branch. This level of incompetence is bad, even for Colorado Springs. Absolutely the worst! 0/10 never ever recommend! We have been dealing with this since July. The only person who is good and consistent is Brandon who does our general pest control. I’m not even sure if he works out of this branch but if he does he is a 10/10. Couldn’t recommend him more highly. But no one else. Everyone else we have dealt with sucks.
