We had Iyar Mamis come out to our house regarding a raccoon issue. When I explained the situation, he repeatedly said he could get the raccoons out, but when I asked how, he would not provide any details and said he needed to inspect the property first. After arriving, he quoted us $5,000 but still would not explain what methods would be used to remove the animals. Throughout the visit, we felt he relied heavily on scare tactics and was more focused on making a sale than providing clear information. After speaking with several other pest control companies, we were told that the raccoons may leave on their own or that a licensed wildlife removal specialist may be needed. Based on those conversations, we did not feel the information we received was fully transparent. A major reason we chose not to move forward with your company was our experience with Iyar. We felt more like a sales opportunity than a customer looking for honest guidance and solutions.

This was a big problem that needed to be fixed by a professional. I didn't have a lot of money to spend and my service technician, Alejondro, was super understand and very reassuring that I was making the right decision to hire this company. He even offered several different payment plans that I could choose from. I appreciate his friendly and professional attitude and would definitely hire them again.

Its pricey. The inspection was okay, but what she quoted for "recommended" services was insanely priced. I chose to do the work myself and saved $2000. I probably will cancel the monthly subscription eventually and do the pest control myself.

Found a rat in our house and called Terminix to evaluate how it got in and what to do about it. We called late in the day and the phone person sent out an inspector (Iyar) who spent the better part of 3 hours going around the house and finding ratty things that I shudder thinking about. He did what he could that night and booked another specialist (Vincent) to come ASAP to deal with our ratty guest. We couldn’t be happier with the demeanor and professionalism that both employees showed us and they both were excellent ambassadors for Terminix, as well as being obviously well trained and experienced in their jobs. Well done Iyar, Vincent, and Terminix for your professionalism and excellent work.
