You want to talk about a real professional, expert, and all around nice and good guy. Showed up for termite maintenance, was currently having an issue with a bees nest upstairs by my 98 year old grandmothers door. Pulled his shirt over his head and went at it Beavis/Great Cornholio style. Could be more appreciative. Wouldn’t even take a tip… wish I knew his address to send a pizza or drop a liquid refreshment present on his porch. Super friendly, professional, and went the extra mile for me, big time! 10 stars out of 5. Def recommend!

Mike, the technician that services Greenwich, is AMAZING. My jaw was to the floor with the things he was teaching me. I’m a first time homeowner and truly knew nothing about pests etc. He knows everything and doesn’t try to sell you anything. He tells it like it is and doesn’t sugar coat anything. I sincerely appreciate that he has been doing this for so long. Give that man a huge raise!

TERMINIX is an Absolutely terrible company. I called on a Friday and described my ant problem. I was told someone would be out on Saturday or by Monday by the latest. Monday after no one came and no calls or notifications. I reached out to customer service and they said they are trying to get a hold of a supervisor with no success. Tuesday came and still nothing. Every time I called they said they were trying to reach someone. In this day and age, everyone has a cell phone and can get calls and texts, but they refused to contact me. By Wednesday afternoon I had to cancel my service with them. Two and a half days of missing work for this terrible company. I went with Natures Way Pest Control and they came right out and provided the same treatment Terminix offered. Natures Way was great STAY AWAY FROM TERMINIX. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I wish I could rate them below one start, as that’s what Terminix deserves

We had a terrible start to our experience using Terminex. The sales rep sold us on the exclusion package because we had some mice, we were promised they would come out at a certain time and date and no one showed up. We called to schedule, the rep showed up 1 day prior to the scheduled date and after we spent time with him we were promised that he would be back in one week to check the traps. Noone showed, we called customer service and we were told that is not how the exclusion service works which was opposite of what the sales rep and tech told us. We paid a lot for this service and were left high and dry. We finally were able to get another tech out, Scott Ruiz and if not for him I would have demanded my money back. He has been communicative, on point with his checks and respectful. He showed us that he actually cared and he solved the issue. I can't recommend the company itself with how we were treated but I can recommend Scott. He knows what he's doing and cares doing it right.
