We had a terrible start to our experience using Terminex. The sales rep sold us on the exclusion package because we had some mice, we were promised they would come out at a certain time and date and no one showed up. We called to schedule, the rep showed up 1 day prior to the scheduled date and after we spent time with him we were promised that he would be back in one week to check the traps. Noone showed, we called customer service and we were told that is not how the exclusion service works which was opposite of what the sales rep and tech told us. We paid a lot for this service and were left high and dry. We finally were able to get another tech out, Scott Ruiz and if not for him I would have demanded my money back. He has been communicative, on point with his checks and respectful. He showed us that he actually cared and he solved the issue. I can't recommend the company itself with how we were treated but I can recommend Scott. He knows what he's doing and cares doing it right.

Branden is very good at his work. He explained to us, was very helpful and patient and gave us support in the problem of insect, we are happy to have help. , feeling that we are in good hands. And Tim also explained to us about the sealing of the house and from were the insects getting into the house, very nice. He was really was very helpful.
