Isaiah Aragon, Terminex Tech, had never seen such a wasp infestation in our house. He persevered and inspected the outside, inside and attic. He dusted, sprayed and foamed several places. He spent almost 3 hrs here and I am so grateful that the problem seems to be solved and we can once again feel safe and secure. (I am allergic to bee stings )

Our experience with Terminex has been very positive. We initially contacted a different company and they didn’t help us. Terminex however, scheduled us as soon as they could, and they came back for more treatment as needed. Our Tech, Isaiah made sure to check and double check all areas of concern. He made sure to make our experience a positive one. We are so grateful for Isaiah and Terminex as a whole for their help.

Tech called day before and showed up for appointment on time. He was pleasant, efficient and clean. He was thorough and gave me update on the condition of the house where bugs and rodents could come in.

I scheduled an appointment for a free termite inspection. The appointment was confirmed via email. I received a text message the next day asking if we were refinancing our home. I didnt want to lie so I said yes as my bank is requiring the inspection. We are new the the state and our home is wood so I felt that it would be good information to have in case there were any issues. Upon finding out i was refinancing suddenly there was no one avaliable to do the inspection nor would there be in the future and to try another company. They claimed that it was because our home was "too remote" (we live off a paved highway) but the confirmation email said that my house was in a covered area.

Sean, at the Colorado Springs location, deserves a 10 for his excellent all encompassing client care The overall Colorado Springs location deserves a 3 for under trained and unprofessional techs who have come to pur property to spray the overwhelming population of hornets and yellow jackets around our house .They give Terminex a bad name. I’ve not had a good experience with Terminix. First of all, the salesman Bill came out to look at my house, sold me a $1200(ish) per year package for pest control that I was told included gopher control. We had a VERY specific conversation about my gopher issues and I informed him that this was my PRIMARY concern. For my first appointment, the technician came out and sprayed for bugs, etc., around my house (and did not do a great job). He also was inappropriately making advances on me in conversation and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Also, he didn’t have the right equipment to do the gopher control and said he’d have to come back out. After that, I didn't hear from Terminix. So I called and was told my pest control package doesn’t include gopher control and it would cost more to have that. Again, I had a very specific conversation with Bill and told him I was primarily concerned about the gophers… so I’m not sure how he possibly sold me the wrong package. I still wanted to proceed and get a technician back to my place to hopefully get rid of the gophers, so I paid even more to have that done. In the meantime, I still had plenty of little critters in and outside of my house, I thought the spray was supposed to control that but apparently it wasn't working. I mentioned to the technician who was making a return trip that I still had spiders and ants, etc., and he said he would spray again. I made sure to NOT be home when he came back out because it was the same tech as before that made me uncomfortable. Because I wasn't here, I’m not sure what he did while he was here because the gophers are still a major problem, and I still have spiders, wasps, and ants.

Last week a salesman came by. Ignored my no soliciting signs and then proceeded to not leave my property after asking him to multiple times. He went as far as started coming up my steps after asking him to go. I immediately called the company who said they would just take my address off of the soliciting list. No. I was just harassed. I had to fight to ask for a manager AND STILL NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. I reported them to the city. We live in a NO SOLICITING COMMUNITY & the man could not produce the necessary documents allowing to solicit here.

We had the best experience with the technician Bill who came for our home review yesterday. He was clearly an expert that knew how to evaluate our needs. What was significant was his excellent customer service which meant a lot. He provided us with the type of A+ value that we often no longer see in other companies. What is also notable is that from my first inquiring call, the staff at Terminex was excellent including being able to schedule my service within 24 hours. I highly recommend this company and will only use them for future needs.

Very impressed with Brian. He communicated with me plus the written report. His servicing is very professional. He actually did cared about the condition of the traps. I have been with you over 15 years. Since my property is a rental; I feel like some past servicing has been very minimal until I ask for a closer look. Great job Brian, u deserve a raise !

I called this afternoon to get my upcoming appointment updated, and instead of receiving excellent customer service, I received passive-aggressive service from Jerry. All I needed was for them to make changes to the packet I got. When I first scheduled my appointment with Natasha, it went great, and I got the pests, ticks, and mosquito services. But after thinking it over, we decided to get the pest control service. Alana said that she was able to assist with that and make the changes for the upcoming appointment. But I still needed to be sent to the cancellation department to remove the other two products. That’s when Jerry was pressuring me to keep those services. I get it. It’s part of your job to have the customer keep those services, but once they tell you nicely, “NO, we no longer need those services”. They need to back off and comply with the customer's directive. Jerry said he couldn’t help me remove those two items and that the entire bundle had to be removed. At that point, I was aggravated since Alana mentioned she would take care of it. When I asked for the confirmation number that the bundle had been canceled, Jerry said that he couldn’t give me a confirmation number and that the computer would send the confirmation number to my email. I have yet to receive that email. There is still a pending charge on my bank statement.
