Terrible service, they don't care about their customers. I talked to their field inspector named Alexander Frier and scheduled my house to be tented for termites. I spent money on an air b &b for the days of the tenting. They didn't show. I called their office and a rep tried contacting Alexander but he wasn't picking up. Tried the next day and still no one was picking up or calling me. I called their office to cancel . They didn't care that I spent money. Let's see if they care when I sue them for the money si spen

Absolutely terrible company to do business with. My house was supposed to be tented this week, I called Don McIntyre to confirm the date. He said it was set for the 16 and someone would call to confirm the day before. No one called to confirm, I called the main Terminix number and they said I wasn't scheduled for today and was actually scheduled for late November. The fumigation company ended up showing up but could not complete the work because the neighbor release had never been obtained by Terminix. Now it is becoming a nightmare to get my $3000 refunded. Be very very cautious when dealing with this company of unprofessional people. They are so quick to promise a smooth hassle free service and once they take your money all that goes out the window. The customer support is no help and they won't allow you to speak directly with the branch that is supposed to release the refund. I can't believe a company is allowed to operate like this.

Our technician is friendly and respectful of property. He always lets us know when he plans to be here and when he actually arrives and will be on our property. His spraying is effective at keeping the spiders and ants, out of the house.
