I met with Tyler for estimate for ant problem. I felt uncomfortable signing when the screen was completely blank but when I asked him he said I would receive copies via email. I was told appt would be at 8am following morning. 8:30 comes, no show. Call Tyler, doesn't answer. No text no call to inform me what time they are showing up. After I called their office and complained I find out appt was set between 2 and 4. I stated my disappointment with their company and being my first experience with them I don't recommend them. I will be canceling their services. 7/21 Still have spider problems I don't recommend this company. Not worth the money!!! Here I am 7/21 still have ant problem and found fleas on my dog. Never had a flea problem before. Called and directed to a voice mail. Can't get anyone on the phone. Very frustrated DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Poor customer experience. 1) Original appointment was rescheduled WITHOUT prior notice. When I called into the customer service department they also noticed the appointment was moved without any explanation. 2) The inspection day came but the inspector said he could not inspect the home because one room was not accessible due to a family member working at the moment. I asked if he could inspect the rest of the home in the meantime and he said no and left. Decided to go with a local company (ProCraft Pest Control -17 yrs in Business) that was willing to crawl under my house and do a old school thorough inspection rather than these large companies with lazy inspectors.

I can't say enough good things about Frankie from Terminix! He has been taking care of our pest control needs for the past three years, with services every two months. Each and every service has been absolutely perfect! Even during the summer, when we occasionally spot a few pests after treatment, Frankie is always quick to come back for a follow-up treatment. His punctuality is impressive—he always arrives on time and sends reminders before our appointments. Not only does Frankie provide excellent service, but he also offers valuable advice and tips for pest prevention. I truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism.
