We had a much better experience with Jeff after not having the best experience with a previous Terminix technician. Jeff was friendly, thorough, and took care of all the spider webs around our home and sprayed for insects. We really appreciated his service and will definitely be requesting Jeff from now on!

I met with Tyler for estimate for ant problem. I felt uncomfortable signing when the screen was completely blank but when I asked him he said I would receive copies via email. I was told appt would be at 8am following morning. 8:30 comes, no show. Call Tyler, doesn't answer. No text no call to inform me what time they are showing up. After I called their office and complained I find out appt was set between 2 and 4. I stated my disappointment with their company and being my first experience with them I don't recommend them. I will be canceling their services. 7/21 Still have spider problems I don't recommend this company. Not worth the money!!! Here I am 7/21 still have ant problem and found fleas on my dog. Never had a flea problem before. Called and directed to a voice mail. Can't get anyone on the phone. Very frustrated DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Communication-was top notch, knowledge and experience and the work was efficient and I was impressed with the follow through. This was all a brand new experience but unsettling for me because of a rodent issue. I was full of anxiety and stress but Philip the Technician put my nerves to ease right out the gate. Everything was expidtied and taken care of. Thank you to the entire team, inclusion team, insulation and removal team and inspection team I highly recommend Terminix to everyone. Looking forward to having continued service. Chris Miller and his partner, Stephen, Luis and Ethan and Philip. Sincerely Hara

We’ve been working with Joey Garcia for over 10 years, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. Joey is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and detail-oriented. He always takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly and never cuts corners. What we appreciate most is his consistency and reliability. No matter how big or small the job is, Joey approaches it with the same level of care and attention to detail. He is patient, trustworthy, and always willing to answer questions and explain things clearly. After more than a decade of working together, it’s rare to find someone as dedicated and dependable as Joey. We absolutely love working with him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional service. Thank you, Joey, for all your hard work over the years! 👏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jefferey Romberg was extremely professional. He took his time in explaining to me the process of the service. When he was done he checked in again to make sure I didn’t have any air concerns. Smooth and great experience!

Cliff was very professional. We appreciate his service throughout our home and garage. I hope he can come back next year if he’s still working for the company. he informed us every step of the way he let me know what was going on. He showed me pictures and said that we will be receiving a report later on today. He was a professional employee and we appreciate him. Thank you so much! If at all possible, please let him see this review he deserves to see what we said about him.

I can't say enough good things about Frankie from Terminix! He has been taking care of our pest control needs for the past three years, with services every two months. Each and every service has been absolutely perfect! Even during the summer, when we occasionally spot a few pests after treatment, Frankie is always quick to come back for a follow-up treatment. His punctuality is impressive—he always arrives on time and sends reminders before our appointments. Not only does Frankie provide excellent service, but he also offers valuable advice and tips for pest prevention. I truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism. Five stars for my best technician, Frankie! Thank you for everything!
