I can't say enough good things about Frankie from Terminix! He has been taking care of our pest control needs for the past three years, with services every two months. Each and every service has been absolutely perfect! Even during the summer, when we occasionally spot a few pests after treatment, Frankie is always quick to come back for a follow-up treatment. His punctuality is impressive—he always arrives on time and sends reminders before our appointments. Not only does Frankie provide excellent service, but he also offers valuable advice and tips for pest prevention. I truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism. UPDATED WITH VIDEO 12 HOURS AFTER THE SERVICE. RATS STILL HERE. ENTRY POINT NOT COVERED AFTER POINT IT OUT TO THE TECHS THEY SENT. Although the field representatives and technicians are nice, the service itself is not efficient. I hired Terminix because I was looking for a professional and most importantly, convenient service. Instead, there was complete miscommunication between Terminix, their technicians, and Mega Insulation, a company they outsource to. My scheduling was rearranged twice. I was given an 8am-10am time slot for today. Instead, a technician reached out three days prior to my service to advise me it was actually 2pm-4pm. I rearranged my schedule after being told this. Then I’m getting calls at 12:23 and 12:35pm on the day of service, that the technicians doing the exterior portion of my service are at my home. These technicians are from Mega Insulation. According to the technician I spoke with, Terminix did not communicate the 8am-10am time slot.

Cliff is very thorough in his inspections and I very much appreciate his communication of the results and if anything has changed since the last inspection. He’s professional and friendly, which I also appreciate! P.S. The question below as to price is a bit confusing because the price isn’t just for the inspection but for the termite coverage as well. Can’t really separate that out. But it’s a reasonable price for both.
