First thing in the morning I found a mouse in my laundry (around 6 am) and called Terminex in an absolute panic. It barely took until mid morning for Ray, the first person I spoke with, who was so sweet and empathetic and put me at ease almost instantly, to Jake, the technician assigned to my home (he caught the mouse and answered every single question I had in addition to explaining the entire process along the way with such patience - amazing technician) and Tim, who processed the rest of the transaction (very professional, understanding, kind, and personable) I can say the team in Allentown is truly 5 stars+. I can’t say thank you enough.

So we had Chevy come in today and inspect. He was absolutely a pleasure to have here, he was extremely knowledgeable. He was also so helpful and literally put my nerves at ease. He identified the initial problem that was presenting and then also made recommendations for additional areas of the house that needed treatment. He thoroughly explained our situation, identified potential causes for the bugs, and offered effective solutions to prevent them from returning. I’m literally in tears as I write this because I am just so fed up with this issue. I have a four year old, I’ve got two cats that I am doing all I can to treat. Ok so I had pest work for the fleas that are in my home done two weeks ago. The problem is still out of control. When first booking with Terminix, I had gotten two different calls from two different guys with two different quotes. This was very confusing so I told them I would look elsewhere after being quoted higher by the second guy. Ultimately, they called and left a voice message stating that they apologized for the confusion and we went with the lower quote. I was happy and I thought that they really did the right thing. They showed up at a timely matter, very professional, and their employee, Karl, was very informative. However, he did inform me that the plan that I was going to agree to via on the phone, would happen to be by a monthly basis. which I did not know. I was under the assumption that it was going to be pay quarterly, as they came for services. He told me that he would be glad to cancel the service after that one day treatment, so I paid for the one time service, of almost $300. Fast-forward to a week later and they are everywhere again, coming from my attic, which is not a pulldown attic but steps with a huge gap between them and my third floor where all of my bedrooms are. It has been two weeks and tons more, very healthy, very active, and very hungry fleas are flooding my house. I called this morning to see if there was absolutely anything that could be done, and was given probably one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever received in customer service. I have never written a view on here before, there’s a first for everything though. I’m at my wits end and I really thought that with their “reputation” Terminix would make it right, but I was wrong. Tim was very knowledgeable and helpful with the setup and booking. Outside issues was the call centers having to reschedule 3 tes which almost made me book elsewhere because it was over a month and was not happy .But Tim came in and fixed everything up and help make this experience 1000 times better. Will def recommend Tim for others to reach out too.
