“Call "TERMINIX"...Made an appt with this company for a unoccupied rental unit to be sprayed. Clearly explaining that I live 5 minutes away & a call would be needed for me to meet them there. Time frame given was 1-3pm. After waiting all afternoon, I called and a little girl answered the phone and offered me an appt the following day between 3 time frames open. Immediately another person told her they had all been filled. Then after being put on hold & having to call back, I was told their Vice President was at the residence at 1pm but got no answer at door. He stayed until 1:30 and says he called. They flat out lied more than once & NEVER called my phone. No call, no voice mail, no nothing! They could not schedule an appt until Mon. (knowing my tenants were moving in Sat) The secretary that I spoke with on the 4th call was rude, called me a liar & never apologized. I called Terminix (which I use on all our other properties) and they are coming tomorrow. Do yourself a favor and call Terminix! They rate minus10 but I had to give 1 star to post!”

“Great experience all around. The person in the office (Rachel) called the day before to remind me of our appointment, and then 20 minutes before the technician arrived. Alex was prompt, listened to my concerns and let me know what they could and could not do. The inspection was detailed and fair and it turned out I didn't need any treatment, so there was no charge since they offer free inspections. Very happy and will recommend and use them again.”
