And help is just what all service techs have done; and Bell Cow, Marquis and Miller have made my heart glad. Thomas is a Terminix treasure💯 Thank you Terminix! Rodent holes were found and sealed. I have a new crawlspace frame and door, carpenter bees addressed and my home's interior and exterior has been serviced well. Grateful that Terminix's services are just a call away😊

Chris Terminix Inspector did an outstanding detailed Home Inspection on my property 1648 Grey Frisrs Chase. He spent almost an hour after the inspection answering my many questions of recommended required repairs that were necessary and those repairs that were not attended right this time. Suggested perhaps at a later date to install in the Future. Extremely knowledgeable and Professional with Excellent Social Grace's and Patience throughout the visit at my home. Lynne Gayle Collins Jason Terminix Inspection Representative promptly inspected my property of 1648 Grey Friars Chase with the Most Delightful Personality of Joy and Frienship while jumping up on a ladder to help change out Kitchen Light. Then, he Professionally suited up to crawl up the attic and underneath the house crawlspace. Jason also was Extremely Knowledgeable and helpful to diagnosis all of the necessary structural house problems . Jason then suggested which items of building corrections were necessary at this time. Suggestions of treatment perhaps at a later date in the future. Jason was a Breathe of Fresh Air and Extremely Professional with Sound and Solid Repair Solutions and Suggestions. Great company, we’ve been using them since 2021 for termites and quarterly pests & bug spray. We had a bug scare recently and Jason J came to the rescue. He’s awesome, fixed it after a couple visits. Knew exactly what to do. And he’s super nice! Only thing is I wish they had an online portal to see upcoming/ past visits.

Jason Jelinek, our Pest Control Technician, is FANTASTIC. We have had him as our technician for years and I cannot be more pleased with the results of his service. He is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We were out of state a few years for military orders and the conditions he had to deal with in our yard surely would have made me complain…but he didn’t complain at all. Now that we are back home, I hope to make his job easier again!

For the last year or so, Chris has been our service technician, and he’s been incredible. He’s diligent and I trust him with telling us what we really need for our home — he gives it to me straight and doesn’t push unnecessary services like some other companies. I don’t give out many 5-star reviews, but Chris and the Virginia Beach Terminix office deserve it.

Left a mess. Poor communication among staff, no pride in workmanship, lack of attention to details. The sales guys presented a pretty picture of how the job would be completed and even promised to fix a few things himself like sealing around my ac unit. That hasn’t happened and I don’t trust it will. The salesman said if you have problems call us, which I did and now they are passing me off to the regional manager.

Terminix recommend quite a bit of work to seal up the house not just for pest but for moisture and preservation. I was surprised they offered these services. It was a substantial scope of work but it really all made sense and they were able to get everything scheduled in the same week. Money invested into your home is never lost money and I'm glad Terminix was able to assist quickly.

We have had a massive German roach problem in our home. To the point where they ate the electronics in our microwave and destroyed it. We have been fortunate enough to have two fantastic Terminix technicians working on our problem, Robert and Justin. They are courteous and well trained. We have two small parrots, so the techs have had to use alternate methods. They both have been terrific to work with. I highly recommend Terminix!!
