They have many times showed up and when they do they do not have the right euipment....they do not call you to let you know they can not come ...you set home all day ..they no show....been 2 months now no show no call...had to call them only to be told they are short staffed...that is not my problem that is theirs and should make arrangements....I been having to buy ortho and other killers with my money and also pay them if show up at all...not worth it..look for another exterminator

Do not sign the contract unless your willing for them to come to your house whenever they want and start working. They say they will call u and set up date to start working which is a lie. They don't need to contact u at all. Also Dodson is a much cheaper option.

After being with Orkin for years they got to where they just charged our account $42 a month without any service for 3-4 months and when we called about a infestation of moths they said they would be out by the end of the week but never showed. My wife called a main guy and the best they could do was going to be a half a month out, so we decided to go with Rid of Bug. They really cared for our problem, and came out immediately.

Well our first spray they didn't tell the exterminater to come out...they had to call him and tell him poor guy had to come out late and do it...wasn't his fault....Today second spray...they said they had a exterminter coming...set home all day and it is now 8 oclock...haven't seen one...I just started with them...2 sprays ( first and second ) and both screwed up ....this is unacceptable...you call and call they make excuses...but a complete no show not worth it....this is in wytheville
