Took 3 months for us to find out the job wasn’t completed. They sent other employees out to finish it. We still weren’t told if it was completed, it took me emailing them to ask if it was or wasn’t for the manager to call me. Was told because of covid, things were on short supply (I know all about covid affecting supply/short staffed as I work in healthcare so not buying that excuse at this point). Took another couple of months for them to replace our crawlspace door. I only found out recently it was replaced as no one contacted me or has contacted me. The lack of communication and lack of professionalism is why I would not recommend them to anyone. I was real disappointed as I had high expectations after reading other reviews

He was thorough and precise on what not to use when it came to using sprays that are sold on the market in our home. Bobby was very kind and pleasant to have as our Pest Control Route Manager. Alan is an Awesome Technician. I'm not pleased with the people in the office though. I called today to let them know the inside of my house was not sprayed. Julie told me they didn't need to do the inside that the inside was just a courtesy. Seriously! I was shocked. When I originally called to get service they said Orkin sprayed both the inside and outside of the home. Now, they say they are doing me a favor or if the kindness of their heart to spray the inside. Ridiculous!
