The gentleman who conducted the initial inspection in the Beckley area, named Richard, is a courteous and highly professional individual. He thoroughly completed the service within a reasonable timeframe and consistently kept you informed of upcoming procedures. He is deserving of a five-star rating; however, I cannot speak on behalf of the entire company at this time. My sole concern is that I do not agree with making an immediate lump sum payment when one is merely seeking information regarding the issues. This approach does not provide the customer with an opportunity to assess whether they can afford the service.

Don’t waste your money I paid 400$ for 4 trips out not one single mouse was caught and the sticky traps they place everywhere ruined my lazy Susan so I canceled the service after all that they have the nerve to say I owe 100 more dollars. Your better off setting your own traps.

Friendly, thorough, efficient. They placed bait stations around the perimeter and sprayed the entirw crawl space. Also added an entry to the attic (which I was pleasantly suprised they do). I also didn't know they encapsulate and insulte crawl spaces and I'm looking into that as well. They took photos of the work that they did so I didn't have to walk around and look, which was wonderful for me as I am mobility impaired.

For our first visit and experience I will give Orkin a 5 star. We set up an appointment online Sunday and they were at the house the next day. We live surrounded by woods and pasture and we found some mouse droppings in the house. One technician came out and inspected the house from top to bottom. (Attic, house, crawlspace, garage, every inch of the outside of the home) Another technician was also here and took the inspection information and treated ALL of the areas accordingly. Luckily we caught the mice immediately and hopefully this takes care of it. They will be back in two weeks and hopefully we won’t see anymore evidence after that. But we will continue to use them year round to treat our home. We have always other pest control companies in the past (in NC and VA) but just moved back to WV in Decemeber and had not set up service here yet. I can say that Orkin’s technicians yesterday were much more knowledgeable than technicians from the other companies we have used and we will keep Orkin as our pest control.

Orkin Professional Brent was very thorough and walked me through the entire process of how he would attack our issues. He and his team are going to work diligently until my problems are solved with all of the creepy crawlies in my home! Just ensure when you're calling Orkin to set up your first appointment, that you ask all the questions, because sometimes they leave things out. But other than that, I've had a great experience so far.
