Horrible customer service. I have worked with Orkin since July of 2023. Originally my mouse problem got worse. I had a different technician every time and they never knew where the bait stations were. After a 2nd inspection by another inspector I agreed to Orkin shield and remediation. When they showed up to do the work they didn’t check the paperwork and didn’t have all the equipment necessary to complete the job.They still have not followed up on the quality check and after I called them to set the appointment they forgot to show up to the appointment on two separate occasions. Do not waste your money on orkin!!

Chris the technician was awesome very thorough, thoughtful and nice. You could tell he had a lot of experience behind his belt, he talked and interacted with my dog, which he didnt really need to do. He was very personable and respectful through the hole process, I didn't feel like a stranger was walking through my home, it felt like and old friend. If I could, I would request Chris for all of my treatments going forward. This was the forth visit and by far the best service tech so far. Thanks Chris and Orkin.

Not real happy about the service call. I got email late Friday which I didn't see until Saturday about a Monday service appt. Left message to reschedule on voicemail because no one would be home. They showed up anyway and did just outside. Never returned my voicemail and I had to call and complain Monday afternoon. I didn't get the text or phone call about them ready to show up because I was in the middle of the ocean. Very poor planning from Orkin. Not satisfied.

Orkin came out to my apartment and I was actually satisfied with their service, due to the area I live in there’s a lot of pest around and I have never had to deal with pests growing up so my children won’t either. I immediately called them and they serviced me the next day there services are very affordable and I would recommend to anyone looking for pest control.

After introducing himself the agent, Alex, got eye level with the varmints that have been trying my patience for 7 days. Identifying the nuisance Alex armed himself with his Orkin spray canister and commensed to decimating critters as he explained the history, including the mating habits of my pests. He was both professional and knowledgeable and I appreciate that! Add to that, he was cordial and friendly.
