The tech was nice- so not directed at him! But super disappointed in Orkin as a company. I had a flea treatment done at my house that ultimately didn’t work. When I followed up I was told we were out of our 30 day window (which I figured was 30 days from the last treatment.. but no). They told me it’d be $250 for another treatment. I wasn’t going to pay another $250 for a treatment that made zero difference. I called twice and was assured they were going to follow up. Never happened! So I am pretty sure I was just scammed out of $250. Wouldn’t recommend.

The second person that came out named Gordon was great! Very informative and made sure bait was put in every room Instead of just the main area where ants originally started. The first tech that came out did not do that. Spent most of time outside .

They come out and do an initial assessment and service. Then they come back a few times in the first month to get everything under control. They are easy to work with and dependable. Then you can choose a maintenance plan. They have been around a long time and know what they are doing. I highly recommend them. I don’t leave a review unless it’s something really amazing or really bad. These guys are really amazing. Just ask the technician questions and what you need and he will help.
