Do not waste your money. If I could give zero stars, I would. Orkin’s “preventative” services are a scam, and the company refuses to take accountability for failures that I was actively paying them to prevent. Before moving in, Orkin inspected my home and claimed everything looked fine—no traps needed. I signed up for their quarterly pest‑control plan, which supposedly covers insects, rats, and mice. A year and a half later, I started hearing footsteps in the attic. Orkin sent a technician who was clearly untrained; she couldn’t even get into the attic and only stuck her head through the opening. She admitted she saw tunneling but didn't seem concerned it because “it didn’t smell.” She put down a trap or two and said to call if I started smelling anything. She looked around the perimeter of my home and said she didn't see anywhere rats could be getting in. The noises continued, and when the trap went off, I called again. My usual technician actually entered the attic and immediately found tunneling and multiple possible entry points. I was told an inspector needed to come out. Despite being asked for my availability, no one followed up—I had to call them myself. When the inspector finally arrived, he said he is the person they always send for rat issues—yet I had already dealt with two other employees before him. He took one look at my roofline and immediately pointed out obvious signs of a previous rat problem and poor exclusion work. This was never mentioned during Orkin’s original inspection, when the attic was clean and the issue could have been prevented. Because Orkin failed to identify or address any of this, I ended up with a full attic infestation. Their excuse was that they once pointed out a nearby tree, which they claimed counted as identifying an “entry point.” Meanwhile, there were several actual openings around my attic that they never mentioned. Fixing the damage cost thousands. Orkin quoted me over $15,000, and when I asked for a discount given their negligence, they offered 5%, which didn’t even cover the tax. Two other companies quoted me less than half of Orkin’s price. Their customer service was equally terrible—condescending management, no accountability, and no acknowledgment of their own improper training or missed inspections. Their so‑called “satisfaction guarantee” only refunded one quarterly payment. Avoid this company. You are throwing your money away. You’re better off handling basic bug prevention yourself and hiring a qualified company once a year to do real rodent inspection and exclusion work.

Lee did an amazing job. He found wasp nest all around my eaves like 8 of them that I didn’t even know where there and he quickly took care of them and 4 or 5 had live wasp in them. He was professional, friendly and addressed all my concerns. Thank you so much.

Orkin rep that came to do the initial inspection, Aaron, was so helpful and knowledgeable. He not only helpful in explaining what signs he was looking for, but gave me excellent advice. I travel a lot for work and he was very helpful in giving tips on how to avoid bringing home bug friends. He also gave wonderful directions on what to look out for now and how to proceed going forward. Overall very pleased with my initial interaction and appreciate the peace of mind most of all.

Horrible service.its a real con job. Once they get your start up payment it's downhill from there. I even had one person say she came to my house, spoke with me, cleared spider webs and sprayed. No such thing happened. I was at work that entire day. After I got the notice I checked for webs. As you can see, they are still there!!!!

Olivia came to our house because I called about small ants in our house. She came right away and was very thorough. Not only did she find the ants but when she inspected the eves she found where roof rats had entered. She took pictures and showed us droppings. She covered the holes where they were coming in and set traps. I’m so glad I called Orkin and got Olivia! She was great to deal with and we now feel that she will take care of our ant problem . Not to mention the rats. She has lots of knowledge and helpful. So pleasant to work with.

I also appreciate the text reminders the day prior and when the technician arrives. Added bonus, services were much cheaper than I’d expected.

Had a great experience with the technician. Jordan was very pleasant and thorough. He was very courteous and put on booties when entering the home. He answered all our questions and explained everything he would be doing and how the treatment would interact with my pet. We watched on our cameras and he cleared all the spider webs for us. Overall very satisfied with the service.

I can’t say enough good things about Gordon Little from Orkin! He was absolutely fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. We had a major bee issue, and not only did Gordon take care of it completely, but he also took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right, and he went above and beyond in every way. I’m so relieved the bees are gone and so grateful for Gordon’s outstanding service. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
