Olivia came to our house because I called about small ants in our house. She came right away and was very thorough. Not only did she find the ants but when she inspected the eves she found where roof rats had entered. She took pictures and showed us droppings. She covered the holes where they were coming in and set traps. I’m so glad I called Orkin and got Olivia! She was great to deal with and we now feel that she will take care of our ant problem . Not to mention the rats. She has lots of knowledge and helpful. So pleasant to work with.

He answered all our questions and explained everything he would be doing and how the treatment would interact with my pet. We watched on our cameras and he cleared all the spider webs for us. I can’t say enough good things about Gordon Little from Orkin! He was absolutely fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. We had a major bee issue, and not only did Gordon take care of it completely, but he also took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. Very good customer service! The reason for knocking a star is because our first appointment, they failed to notify us that we would have to be out of the home for four hours after the treatment, including all our pets. We did not have any arrangements made, so we ended up having to schedule another appointment.

I have used Orkin in the past, just signed back up. BEST PART- Stanley is my technician again! He has the BEST personality and customer service of anyone I have ever met. He is the main reason I went back to Orkin. Not only does Orkin/Stanley treat all the issues I have, he does does it with a smile!
