He answered all our questions and explained everything he would be doing and how the treatment would interact with my pet. We watched on our cameras and he cleared all the spider webs for us. Very good customer service! The reason for knocking a star is because our first appointment, they failed to notify us that we would have to be out of the home for four hours after the treatment, including all our pets. We did not have any arrangements made, so we ended up having to schedule another appointment.
