Recently got Orkin due to having the annoyance of Box Elder bugs! Communication, price and scheduling are great! The one thing that stood out is Mr. Joseph, Inspector, that talked to me about my home. He's very precise, curteous, he loves his job and it shows that he meant to do this job. A+ job from him and his effort throughout my inspection!

The man who came did not ring door bell or knock he just put a card on the front door and started doing outside that I have not asked to be done. The inside was to be done, he left and I called the company and he came back but he was mad and wanted to spray areas where my dog could get to. Then he told me I should not act like I did . Guess he wanted to do the way he wanted to he was not nice at all. So he put out traps and I told him they had to be put where the dog could not get them. He did not like that, it is my home and my dog and I need the service that I signed up for. The man told me he had to do all outside as he was told to by the company. I do hope that where he sprayed outside does not hurt my dog.

Very good technician. Knew what to do to determine if we have an infestation problem. Was pleased with what he did & what our plan of action is over the next 2 weeks. FYI Do not like the company policy on payment before services rendered. Makes me feel that i am a suspect for not paying for what is due. Gives me, the customer the feeling that it is all about the money & not my need.

Joe Catrambone came out for our annual visit on Monday. What went right? Everything! 1.Phone call confirming appointment week prior 2. Phone call morning of appointment with estimation of arrival and confirming address 3. Text of arrival within 30 minutes of arrival 4. Showed up on time 5. Professional appearance and professionalism top tier 6. Most thorough inspection from Orkin in the 30 years at this residence- from attic inspection, interior inspection, roof inspection and crawl space inspection. 7. Review of Orkin offerings presented in clear format with the passion for Orkins product evident in his presentation 8. Follow-up with an email. Orkin you need more Joe’s promoting your products. I am not easily impressed by salesmen but good job Joe!

Orkin was the first company whoever got rid of our household problems. We have had them for years. I really appreciate James. Just today waited for me in the heat to rush home after I ran late. I don’t always get to get the inside done but wanted to do so today. Thank you for waiting on me. I appreciate it. Thanks to the office staff for relaying and checking as well.

I’ve always chosen Orkin because they market themselves as the best in the business. Over the years, we’ve had a few hiccups, but they’ve generally handled things well. So when we moved into our new home a year ago and discovered issues like poor insulation and rats entering due to gaps in the structure, we trusted Orkin to help. We were sold a $14,000 package (discounted from $18,000) by a salesman named Bubba, which included new attic insulation and a drip guard around the house. We knew Orkin wasn’t the cheapest option, but we chose them for what we believed would be high-quality service. Unfortunately, that’s not what we received. Since installation, I’ve had to call Orkin out six times. The drip guard kept falling off and looked poorly installed. They stated we had rotting wood (which was never mentioned prior too selling us this guard, we bought this house renovated so they covered all the old stuff up so we had no idea.) Even worse, insulation was sprayed all over our brand-new coil and furnace, causing the system to clog and stop working. To this day, the insulation above our living room—despite Bubba’s assurance it would be done—still hasn’t been completed. We were told someone would return on a Thursday to finish the job, but they arrived and claimed they couldn’t proceed because attic flooring wasn’t installed. This was never mentioned during any of the previous visits. I called to file a complaint, and instead of contacting me—the person who signed the contract and financed the work—Bubba reached out to my fiancé. I’ve been the one communicating with Orkin from the beginning, so this was both confusing and frustrating. It’s now been three weeks since I requested to speak with a manager, and I’ve received nothing but excuses. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because the customer service rep who answers my calls has been incredibly kind and helpful. All I’ve asked for is accountability and for Orkin to follow through on the services they promised. If you’re considering them, I’d recommend looking elsewhere to avoid the stress and disappointment we’ve experienced

The “inspector”/(actually just a salesman) whose name was Bubba does not know how to speak to people. In their own house at that. What a Terrible representation in the field. He made sure to belittle me and let me know that Orkin was a big company and not like my one man outfit because I told him I was not interested in him replacing all of my insulation (for an outrageous cost) when he came here on a $300 pest call. I told him that we do insulation in house and I would take care of it. Super rude man, will definitely do all I can to steer people clear of this scam artist. In addition to a rude sarcastic tone throughout our convo. Super insulted. They do not care if you feel like your business is appreciated. To management- ask your other employees if they felt we had a decent interaction. It’s not me.
