The service no longer /text called to schedule an appt. Just a text to say ‘ we’re on our way’ … and I wasn’t home and couldn’t make it in time to open access to 3/4 of my house. Then I checked my CC and apparently rates have gone up which I also feel as though I was not made aware. The techs are always nice and helpful… but general management is now very corporate and distant. I’ll be looking for a more local service.
