Called to have a 2nd story hornets nest removed. The man came with no ladder. Borrowed my six foot ladder just so his spray could reach. Sprayed the nest & knocked most of it down with a pole. Remnants of the nest remain on the eave & I am not convinced they won’t rebuild it. Was told the perimeter of the property would be treated to remove food sources. Was not told this would not get done for one week.

We found an infestation of bed bugs in our headboard. We quickly called around for services in chicago, and Orkin was very clear and professional and was able to inspect our home within 4 hours. In less than a day later they had removed the infestation, and they came today less than 2 weeks later for a follow-up inspection. The inspectors and the technicians have been excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The only recommendation I would make is more clarity on pricing which can be overwhelming. That being said, I found the pricing to be fair and we would recommend work and immediately again.
