Let the buyer beware. They don’t care if they get rid of your pest problem. They just come, overcharge and don’t ever get to the root of your problems so you can use them for life. I would see bugs everywhere! He’d just say he’s sorry and never do anything different? I got sticky boards, Hot Shot liquid bait and Raid Perimeter spray. I started spraying myself and got more results in one month than they have for years! This is a scam and the technicians are poorly trained and not qualified to do the work. They put band aids on infestations. Terrible

Called Orkins for some concerns about bugs/ spiders at my place. It was 6 am in the morning and they picked up my call. The appointment was set for same day within few hours. The exterminator was very nice and a good listener and used boot covers and sprayed all the house in and out.. They are kids and pets safe. They gave a 30 day warranty, so I need to check it for 30 days if they really did a great job.. Thanks for quick service!

We’ve used Orkin for years for regular pest control and have always been happy with their service. A new situation arose where a squirrel got into our house several times and we couldn’t tell how it got in. Andrew came out the day after we called and was impressively thorough and friendly. For over a hour, Andrew went through our whole house, attic to basement, and outside, identified some of the most likely interior areas and sealed them up on a temporary basis as permanent repairs will be necessary. Hopefully those fixes work, but regardless, Andrew’s timeliness and attention to detail is very much appreciated.

Continuously showing up unannounced when I’ve asked not to and charging me still. Horrible, you guys have gone completely downhill since Rochelle left. Also, your response below is not ok. You guys have showed up over 4x without sending an email/ text or phone call…. And then lied and said my mailbox was full. You haven’t refunded me yet either so please don’t respond with an automatic message when you have zero plans of fixing the issue.

Absolutely horrible customer service from Patrick Spencer the branch manager. I have record that I called to cancel services back on 9/29. The woman on the phone said that my services would be cancelled and a manager would reach out to me regarding if there was anything they could do to make up for the unsatisfied services. I thought no one called me back, but turns out they did on 9/30 and did NOT leave a voicemail. How am I supposed to know who is calling? I kept receiving unscheduled appointments that I did NOT schedule. I figured maybe the manager was trying to make up for my poor experience with Orkin since I never heard back from them so I finally let the tech come even though I mentioned numerous times that I had cancelled these services because they were not helping our problem. I looked at my credit card bill and was charged for services that I DID NOT want. I called Orkin to cancel for a THIRD time, and finally someone called me back and actually left a voicemail. I spoke to Patrick Spencer today and he was very rude and unprofessional. He refused to give me a refund for charges that I did not want after I had tried to cancel back on 9/29, and lied and said he left me a voicemail when there is absolutely no record of that on 9/30. He also lied and said there was no record of my attempt to cancel, but when I called customer service they were able to see my note of requesting to cancel on 9/29. I definitely do not recommend this branch.

Excellent service! From a very professional scheduler on the phone to our Technician Gustavo’s call to tell me he was on his way, just two hours after my initial call, to his complete inspection and expert report of the situation I was thrilled with Orkin’s service.
