Starting out, I paid an obnoxious $248 ‘initial charge’ just to have someone out to my house for 15-20 minutes every OTHER month. At first my contract was for $103 a month, but after some negotiation (because the person that started my account added a mosquito treatment that I never asked for) , got it down to $55 a month. Which is better, but they only come every OTHER month. Then, I pay my balance on November 25th, and then receive an email on December 8th to be told I owe DOUBLE the amount that my bill usually is. Not even 2 weeks after I already paid. Then I try to speak with them on the phone and am told the same thing for days and days and days which is, “your balance is for your treatment on the 18th” but I paid on the 25th. And then I get told, oh yeah that’s weird, I’ll have a manager call you And then he leaves me a voicemail while im at work and guess what he says. “Your balance is for your treatment on the 18th” which is what I’ve been told 20 times. And tried to call again today, just for them to say the same. Thing. I’ve paid them almost $400 in three months and they still think I owe more. For a regular home and the most basic plan they have. Just wish I could get a manager on the phone! Edit: just saw on google where they have complaints of “aggressive upselling” but mine wasn’t even aggressive, I didn’t even know about it! (Talking about the mosquito treatment I had that I never asked or talked about) also, mention issues with communication that I’ve definitely had. I’ve been trying to get a manger on the phone for over a week. Honestly just paying my balance and ending the account at this point because im over the stress and it’s Christmas time, so 100% do not recommend.
