My household had a bed bug problem that was going on for quite awhile. I asked my family members for a very reputable company to tackle the problem. Orkin came up numerous times. So I worked with Orkin to handle the bed bugs issue. The workers did a great job on everything throughout the household. I usually do not like anyone that's not one of my immediate family members in my home. However, the two workers were very trust worthy on doing there job. I really appreciate that in particular. I highly recommend Orkin out of Paducah. I have interacted with four different employees ranging from setting up appointments to the person that sprays for bugs, all of them have excellent customer service. You can tell these are good salt of the earth people. They put my mind at ease, never once making me feel bad about having a short-term bug problem. They came in and got rid of the problem, and we have been bug free ever since! I 100% recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

I never want those two men to my house never again.they went to my bank and wanted $1,955. Which was given. Then she wanted receipt and they did not have any. Never heard of this before. They went to my house. I do not trust they did a good inspection. Never ever send them to my house again. I had 2 neighbors wanting to try you all. They asked why was I so upset on the phone with my daughter. I told them. They have never heard of paying before the job is done. I am still upset. I am to set it an appt for 2 was I think. Then I am going to set you all up for 2 months for a while for $120. I do not know how many times they have done this. But not me. Thank you all for e mailing my receipt to the bank for my acct. I am sick and the bank handles all my business. Thank you for listening. Do you all do business like that?

Orkin came to my rescue. I prepared for a flea treatment, taking 4 terrified house cats to a neighbor’s, only to find Orkin had scheduled me for the next day. I was in a panic but the Orkin rep said they would find a solution and sent Joey Harper a little later in the day. He was calming and explained everything to me. We were back in the house a few hours later. I was more than relieved. And the fleas are gone too.

The last minute cancelled was professional due to family emergency being communicated promptly. It went down hill from that. 1. No one had called therefore I placed a call. The lovely office lady said local manager had called to reschedule and it was agreed to be on Thursday between 1-5 pm. I inform her that is incorrect. I’ve had no call to reschedule nor spoke to any manager -within 5 seconds of finishing call, a random number called then hung up. - how bizarre!! I call that number. It was the LOCAL MANAGER! I said informed her that she did not speak to me and that Thursday doesn’t work. Therefore, it was agreed and documented Wednesday between 9-10:30am Wednesday at 0945, no one has called or shown up. Due to the previous lie, I didn’t trust them. I call. THEY RESCHEDULED IT WITHOUT CALLING AGAIN! - the local office lady said since you expressed 1-5pm it was changed to 1-5pm. Another LIE! I had her read all the notes left on our file. That time frame was for the Monday appointment that was rescheduled for today 9-10. She said she was going to call the local service man to see how soon he could get out there. She called me back and said he would be on his way once he is finished with location he is currently at. I timed him. I took him the exact time from the local office location to my house. I would never use this service again if they cancel the schedule appointment. The serviceman was professional and thorough about addressing all our issues with wasps and inspection. The local office, however, needs to be retrained on professional standards and communicating with clients
