Initial frustration was having to sign up for a year contract to deal with 1 mouse (really only wanted at single treatment but that wasn’t an option). Treatment worked and got rid of the mouse. The issue had been canceling the service. After calling several times to cancel, got a notification that people were supposed to come. Called the number and told them not to come and that I wanted to cancel the service. The girl told me the service was canceled and that no one would come the next day. The next morning, received a call trying to convince me not to cancel (this is the 3rd or 4th time I have had this conversation now) and the girl could not understand why I wouldn’t need the service anymore. Finally agreed to cancel the service and told me she had made sure the appointment was canceled for that day. Get a knock at the door and the service people showed up and were already pulling out all their equipment. Then they kept telling me they had an order for it even after I told them I canceled my service yesterday and again today. WHEN I SAY I WANT MY SERVICE CANCELLED DON’T HASTLE ME ABOUT IT AND ACTUALLY DO WHAT I ASK THE FIRST TIME! So frustrated with this situation. We will see if my service has actually truly been canceled and if I get my refund.

Technician failed to call when en route to our house (which had been requested and promised), failed to call once he arrived, and failed to conduct the interior treatment. Based on our home security video, it appeared that he treated only the exterior of our home. When we then called to request follow-up visit to finish (interior treatment), Orkin answering service took message, but nobody called us back. We called again, and asked to schedule follow-up treatment, but the person who answered the telephone that time could not do the scheduling of service appointments. She told us someone else would call to do so, but we have not reveived that call. During the pandemic our service with this company was great - consistent, correct, and with good communication. We have been treated (we think) by two different offices over the past five years, and are currently with the "Edmond" location, (even though we have a north OKC address. Something appears to be going on with the location that services currently, and it is not good. We have been on annually paid multi-event service contracts for the past five years, but we will have to evaluate at the end of this year's service contract to see if we will stay with Orkin at all.

My Orkin guy, Alfonso Ramirez is always on time. He is thorough, but causes little to no disruption of my daily routine and makes time to discuss my concerns before he leaves. I’m very satisfied, and more to the point, bug free

We had a very pleasant experience with Orkin. John Byargeon was our service tech and he was great. When he arrived I had some trouble rounding up my cats to put them in their carriers, and he was understanding and helpful. I forgot to put my cats food and water bowl up and he took care of that for me. He called us right when he finished so we could start the count down to when we could return home. We just had the treatment today, but I see no active fleas. Happy!!

Richard Horn was here right on time and got busy immediately. He went through my condo and identified problem areas and identified solutions. He was very thorough and reassuring about resolving my "mouse" problems. He also treated an area where I have ant problems at times too. I am so glad I contacted Orkin and feel certain my infestation of mice is over!! I look forward to him returning to patch a hole behind my water heater in the kitchen. And then come back in a month to make sure all is well.

Scheduled a service through them and they never showed up....when I called to them to tell them that no one showed up I didn't even get an apology. They did the same thing almost a decade ago, they showed up 45 mins late...I figure I'll give them a try and they obviously haven't changed. They obviously don't care about people's time. They didn't even bother to give a courtesy call if they were going to be late. Glad I'm a first time costumer and they didnt get any of our money because they obviously don't value potential long term costumers.

Great experience. I called yesterday after seeing mice droppings. They arrived this morning. The gentleman was very professional and respectful of my home wrapping his feet up in the foot coverings each time he went in and outside as it was pouring outside! He explained what was going on as he went through my home. Fixed what needed to be fixed and then I was charged exactly what they said I would be charged. He didn't try to upsell at any point in time. I look forward to my monthly visits. Thank you Orkin.
