Scheduled a service through them and they never showed up....when I called to them to tell them that no one showed up I didn't even get an apology. They did the same thing almost a decade ago, they showed up 45 mins late...I figure I'll give them a try and they obviously haven't changed. They obviously don't care about people's time. They didn't even bother to give a courtesy call if they were going to be late. Glad I'm a first time costumer and they didnt get any of our money because they obviously don't value potential long term costumers.

Great experience. I called yesterday after seeing mice droppings. They arrived this morning. The gentleman was very professional and respectful of my home wrapping his feet up in the foot coverings each time he went in and outside as it was pouring outside! He explained what was going on as he went through my home. Fixed what needed to be fixed and then I was charged exactly what they said I would be charged. He didn't try to upsell at any point in time. I look forward to my monthly visits. Thank you Orkin.

Alex paid attention to the details! She as profession and put her shoe covers on before coming inside. She was respective and ask if she could inspect the attic. She is the first of the inspectors from Orkin I’ve had over the years to offer to check the attic. I was impressed. She showed me the new produce for insulating the attic even more. Brandon did a great job with communicating and cleaning up work at the end of the job. He explained things well and made the process pretty straight forward. I appreciate the work Brandon and his crew did to clean up the concrete holes and my garden beds - they even replaced some mulch that had spilled out onto my driveway. I also appreciated our initial inspector. I didn’t catch his name, but he was nice as well. The whole experience was easy, efficient, and well priced. Thank you!

I’m new to Orkin but so far I’ve been very pleased with their service! When I reached out to this company initially, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find staff who were informative, knowledgeable, and helpful! I wasn’t put “on hold” and no one asked me if they could have a supervisor call me back because they didn’t know how to answer a question. All of my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed. Technicians were friendly and helpful and worked with me to keep my “fur-baby” safe during treatment!
