A few of the things I like about this company they work with you on your billing dates If you need it to be flexible they also give a week notice before a visit you get your time slot the day before all by text.all staff iv spoken with over the year have been friendly and professional. Now there was an issue I had for about three months there was a period of time where it seemed there may have been staffing issues for our area and we had different technicians show up and seem like they where unaware of the specific need to the issues we had originally hired for; however we have had the same tech the last three or for months and he's been on it with our specific needs for us. If your deciding on a business that's right for you its up to you to do your do diligence some of the initial payments on the contracts can be expensive food for thought.
