Alfonso is “our guy”, he is the one that comes out every time which is very nice. He knows all the issues we’ve had in the past and our preferences. We have been with A+ Pest Control since 2004 and have never once thought about changing companies. They recently transitioned over to Orkin Pest Control, and there has been no change in the personable customer service. If we have any issues in between treatments, they come out immediately and treat at no charge. Obviously, we are completely satisfied since we have been with this company for 20 years. Product is decent, but expect to be told you will be given notice for services and then they show up at your door on a weekday afternoon with no notice and expect you to be home. We miss all of our services because my wife and I work 9-5’s and Orkin doesn’t seem to understand that or want to schedule anything. They would prefer to just show up and be surprised you’re not there.
