My regular pro, Jacob, is fantastic! I’ve also had multiple services completed recently including inspections and exclusion services. Every tech has been knowledgeable and friendly. If I have one complaint it is about the extremely high price for a quote I had received for a full attic clean out. I will likely go elsewhere for estimates. Just disappointing considering how much I already pay annually for regular services.

We've been using Orkin for years at our business and have always been extremely satisified with the service. They come out monthly and inspect for rodent and pest control and also treat areas where needed. They are reasonably priced and always give good customer service. Bradley has been servicing us for the last couple of years and is knowledgeable and nice! If we need anything in between our monthly appointments they are able to help right away. Highly recommend!

The guy who came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. I just rented a house, was doing a pre cleaning before moving our stuff in and there was so many mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets, oven, and dining room shelves. I immediately contacted this place and told the landlord that this isn’t my job to pay for it and she agreed to get it handled. He inspected all those areas including the basement and put 100 traps all over the house. I have been back several times to see if anything has been caught but haven’t seen one yet. The tech said someone is coming back next week to follow-up and do another check for free and they will come bimonthly to check on things and keep the situation at bay. I don’t think the upfront cost was too high. Originally it was 194.50 but the rep on the phone gave me some coupon for 50.00 off so it was cheaper than originally quoted. I believe the monthly price is 54.00 which doesn’t seem horrible. Im not paying for it so maybe thats why it doesn’t seem bad to me. He did mention a spray that can be put around the outside of the house if they still seem to be getting in which I believe he said is 60.00. Overall the service was good, tech was on time, and he seemed very knowledgeable.

I paid 103 dollars to get a 2700 dollar estimate to treat a 3 bedroom trailer. This was astronomical and I knew that. After I dismissed the Orkin man man I found 3 other company estimates aking for less than half of what they wanted. Be careful people.
