This is about a non-profit organization. Because there have been some urgent issues with ants in the building, I tried to reach out to Orkin a few times, but was not able to talk with them for a couple of weeks. I left messages on the voice mail a few times in the meantime, but no call back at all. I was finally able to hold one of the customer service persons, but she refused providing any service because I am not the account holder even though I explained that I'm in charge of the building maintenance committee this year. They are not professional at all and not responsive or responsible based on my experience.

I was supposed to have an appointment today for an inspection on a pest (that I urgently need out) with an appointment window of 10-12. I ended up having to cancel a plan today to schedule around it. It’s now 11:15 and I get a call from Orkin saying no one can make it today. It would be different if it was the day prior, or even a hour or two before the appointment window, but this was halfway through the window while I’ve been waiting. I assumed Orkin would be the most professional company in the area, but all I got was a call saying “sorry, no one can make it due to XYZ”.

Cannot say enough about this company and technician named Larry. LARRY WAS EXCEPTIONAL. A few days ago I had my kitchen begin to fill with yellow jackets. We just had new siding put on the front of our home and the job was not done correctly. They came In thru the mortar which was not back filled correctly. The nest was in my ceiling and they chewed my drywall. Had 500 yellowjackets invading my kitchen. I called and after calling 3 other company’s they had Larry here in 2 hours. He was so so amazing and knowledgeable. He came back a day later and removed hive at no cost. This is a amazing company and cannot begin to express my gratitude to Larry.

My personal tech, Thomas, is always courteous, professional, knowledgable, punctual, and thorough. Orkin is not the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. They also worked around my busy schedule and gave me recurring times on Sat mornings. I really appreciate Orkin's service and expertise. I was with Orkin for 12 years, got lured to another company for 2 years under contract that was cheaper, they did not do good work, and had a different tech every time. Needless to say I came back to Orkin because they are The Best! Highly, highly recommend!
