The guy who came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. I just rented a house, was doing a pre cleaning before moving our stuff in and there was so many mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets, oven, and dining room shelves. I immediately contacted this place and told the landlord that this isn’t my job to pay for it and she agreed to get it handled. He inspected all those areas including the basement and put 100 traps all over the house. I have been back several times to see if anything has been caught but haven’t seen one yet. The tech said someone is coming back next week to follow-up and do another check for free and they will come bimonthly to check on things and keep the situation at bay. I don’t think the upfront cost was too high. Originally it was 194.50 but the rep on the phone gave me some coupon for 50.00 off so it was cheaper than originally quoted. I believe the monthly price is 54.00 which doesn’t seem horrible. Im not paying for it so maybe thats why it doesn’t seem bad to me. He did mention a spray that can be put around the outside of the house if they still seem to be getting in which I believe he said is 60.00. Overall the service was good, tech was on time, and he seemed very knowledgeable.

I paid 103 dollars to get a 2700 dollar estimate to treat a 3 bedroom trailer. This was astronomical and I knew that. After I dismissed the Orkin man man I found 3 other company estimates aking for less than half of what they wanted. Be careful people.

The absolute worst experience from a company. Every single person I spoke to contradicted themselves. When I first called and setup a monthly service, I was given a quote for every other month. Then I was charged a different amount quoted every single month. Plus I was double charged the third month. Every time I spoke to someone they contradicted the person before them and made excuses for things they never informed me about. I could only cancel my services through a manager and had to wait for them to call me; they never did. When I called back to speak to a manager, Tyler, he told me he'd cancel my service and refund me for the credit I had on my account due to the over payments. He couldnt credit it back to my card on file, so he said he'd write a check for $118.04.....weeks later, I finally get a check in the mail for $86.56. What a joke this management is. Nothing about them has a solid foundation for a nationwide company.

I called Orkin because I was battling a pretty extreme rodent problem. I explained to them that I didn’t think my problem was containable at the moment due to my pets, and told them I’d already been securing all food sources and cleaning up, that I’d been using catch and release traps, doing all I could to mitigate the problem. They ASSSURED me that their services would be the solution and it was guaranteed. So I paid $200 for them to place 15 traps and put steel wool in one crack. I waited two full weeks and not one single mouse was trapped in their traps. During that time I’d caught 6 in the ones I’d placed. I called Orkin to cancel future services and request a refund, which they denied. A guaranteed $200 solution that didn’t work at all and turns out wasn’t really guaranteed at all. Canton Ohio.

The technician was friendly and informative. He throughly explained everything he was doing and provided answers to all my questions. The technician was also respectful of my home and worked with me prior to arrival so I could manage my dog.

Technician was personable, communicative and respectful. Work was done after thorough explanation of chemicals, poison control and next steps. Fast and efficient service. Technician was out within hours to manage an infestation of yellow jackets.
