I had a great experience with my technician John Palmer he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, including what was causing the issue and how it would be treated. He was professional, thorough, and made sure all of my questions were answered. I really appreciated how informative and reassuring the entire visit was.

When i tell you when the show they get the job done! But ive been having problems with scheduling! Before i hired them i asked is weekends a issue! But keep getting scheduled on weekday! Mind you i am at work! Had someone come out look me dead in my face never approached my house! But two minutes later i get service was complete which was on a Saturday! So none in the office until monday! So i call they send someone 2 days later which is fine! Then ge come did a amazing job! Only to return maybe 1 week later may have been 2 ! On the weekday! Had no ideal he was coming! So he text saying he has me scheduled for Saturday! Saturday comes none shows! So monday i call! The have me on the schedule for this Saturday! But none inform me! Im confused do they think none works! Or should discuss with the client when they are coming! Just feel this is very unprofessional! Im pretty much almost done with this company! But they talking about the payment! Not apologizing for the constant miss communication! I want to stress that WHEN they show amazing it just getting flustered when the communication! Why aint i td when you guys ate arriving! Why did the gentleman look me in my face and pull off but my service was completely! I think maybe the computer generated the appointment! . Bit how you schedule without talking to constumer! Just wondering

This is my first time dealing with Orkin and did so when getting a second opinion on some things and to get an estimate for termite prevention. The main reason I decided on Orkin was because I felt I was getting honest information and not being sold something I didn't really need. I'm sure I'll deal with them in the future for other services they offer.
