Orkin has been great, the tech is polite and thoughtful about how and where he applies solution, and has been the same tech for two years, he remembers us and what problem spots were last visit. We’ve had way better luck with Orkin than other pest control companies that seemed to come out and barely staunch the ant problem temporarily during a season. Orkin gets rid of them for a reasonable price and if the problem doesn’t fully resolve, they come back out for free.

I have also found them to be very knowledgeable of what they are here to do and always asking if there is any issues then quick to act on them. Crew installed devices to make my attic pest free. Everything was installed very professional way. They will come back once a year for four more years to inspect my attic and if it's not pest-free they will install more devices, and if I hear anything they'll come and take a look and install more devices. I would have given them a five-star except they moved all my furniture on my patio to do their work, they did not put the furniture back the way it was.

We are so lucky to have Orkid! And all of the employees have been top notch. I will say though Kyra is the best!! So friendly and understanding. Amazing people person, and absolutely professional. I am typically the one that is running late to open the door or what have you. But she is always on time. And she never minds. Does such a thorough job. Goes above and beyond. And if there’s something I need done extra that can’t be done in that appointment, she will get me scheduled as soon as possible to come back. We’re so lucky to have Orkid. They’ve helped with our pest issues, but we continue to work with them to stay up on any future issues just in case. Amazing company with wonderful employees. Five stars. Would recommend.
