The scheduling representative went above and beyond—literally working overnight—to accommodate my needs. That level of responsiveness really stood out. When Brian, the technician, arrived onsite, he was professional and extremely thorough in examining every part of my home. It’s reassuring to know that kind of attention to detail is part of their service. Joe was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about his profession. I feel he went over and beyond his job duties. When you come across people with amazing customer service and genuine concern and empathy for others, the client(s) tend to feel that way. Orkin has been my hero the last year. They’re always super flexible and willing to work with your schedule. They have some of the most knowledgeable people on their staff. Tim has been absolutely amazing, he came in, sprayed, set traps, educated me on best practices, and has followed up multiple times. I was unable to get them to my house at the times I said I was available except for 2, maybe 3 services. One of those times I was sprayed in the face by the technician and the second time my cat was sprayed in the face. When I mentioned this, I was simply told that the spray is pet friendly. They consistently scheduled for times I said I would not be home, which mattered because the interior of my house needed treatment. They would then apologize and schedule for just the interior to be done and I'd get text notifications that the technician was on the way before my appt window and while I was at work. I would say that I'll call to schedule (to NOT auto schedule me) and still get texts/calls that technicians were on their way for services I never scheduled. I was then getting billed for treatments that did not happen. The solution to this was the technicians were to get my signature for all treatments. I was still charged for treatments that didn't happen, I didn't schedule, and I didn't sign for. After a ton of back and forth with the office I eventually was connected to someone who told me they would figure it out and get back to me. Never heard back. The bill then went to collections. I called yet again and was told by the new manager that there's nothing they can do now that the bill was sent to collections, but they have new staff so it shouldn't be an issue going forward. Well I am not concerned with going forward, I'm concerned with the bill sent to collections that I am STILL getting calls about. The bill for services never rendered. Hopefully they've since trained their office staff to properly schedule and their technicians to aim. Joe was great though.

Aaron contacted me as I had requested when he was heading to my house. He had a text sent when he arrived so I could have my dogs put up. He assured me that the product wouldn't harm them in any way. He also suggested an additional service to start in the spring and run through October to help control any fleas. He exhibits a good working knowledge of their (Orkin) product line. Explaining to me from start to finish what he did and why. I appreciate the great customer service this company has! Thank you
