I called because we had mice. A technician came out and put some poison down then told us about a plan that costs $90 a month to cover everything from mosquitos to termites to mice. We had several visits over a few months and we still had mice. They sent an inspector who told us it was probably the attic and that they could re-do the insulation and seal the attic so we'd have no more mice. They would replace the insulation clear out the problem and come back if anything happened to survive the job. This was a $5000 job and after having it done and finally feeling like we can rest easy we discovered that we still had mice. When I called the office after being on hold for 30 minutes I was told we didn't have a service until next month! The slogan on hold is we're not happy unless you're happy but the customer experience seems to say the opposite. The inspector and the guys that did the attic were great and the technician has been good to deal with. The issue seems to be at the office where everything is about money and nothing else. Long hold times and conflicting information from one call to the next.

The first service was great. However since December my account shows that I have had 3 visits, and I have been billed for these. In these visits I have seen no one, no one has knocked on my door or been in my house since the initial visit. I’m not 100% sure anyone has even been out. the issue we originally called about still hasn’t been resolved and if anything the problem has gotten worse. Seriously considering switching to a different pest control service that will actually provide the service I’m paying for

I was worried I had carpenter ants so I called Orkin, set up a home inspection and committed to a yearly contract…Orkin’s tecnician came out and said I DO NOT have ants and Orkin immediately refunded the cost of the carpenter ant treatment plan.
