Brayden not only spoke with me about the time between visits but checked with my wife and kids to verify he was protecting our house properly. Gave me the confidence that we’ve made the right choice. We also love the notifications and reminders of upcoming visits prior to and day of. Haven’t seen one pest since they’ve started treating and that’s saying a lot out here next to the woods. One of the best decisions we’ve made with the property.

First time the Orkin man came was today. He sounded like he understood what my problems were and went over everything with me on how he was going to control them. Personally I think everything is going to be ok using this company simply because they have been around all my life. Found the NUMBER online and Called this morning at 9 AM. Had someone here at 12 PM today. Can’t beat that. The customer support man was just as good the man that was sent to do the inspection and spraying. 5***** and A+++ Thanks Kenny

After Elvin’s first visit to my home to remove 2 wasps nest, the wasps began coming back. I called Orkin and they immediately scheduled an appointment. The customer service at this company is awesome, the people are kind and give the impression their goal is your satisfaction. Elvin came back and found another nest. I have a lot of trees on my property in a wooded area, Elvin took the time to walk in wooded area to ensure there were no wasps nest. Again he was so kind and his willingness to ensure the customer is taken care of builds trust with the company. He always says “we will take care of you.” Thank you Elvin, your demeanor combined with your knowledge and follow through makes the customer trust you. Review for service on 11/4/24 As usual Elvin listen to pest issues I have experienced since the last service and address them. Orkin has provided quality and dependable service. They sealed our crawlspace, cleaned up mold and mildew, treated it and added a dehumidifier. They have provided regular inspections of their work. They did a great job and we would recommwnd them to others. Their price was competetive and very reasonable.

A follow-up appointment was scheduled for 4:00 p.m. however, they came at 2: 00pm. If I had not been home, what would have happened then. Please keep appointments or call to check to see to make sure someone comes home if you plan come earlier. Luckily my husband was on the tractor. However, I always go with the the technician to make sure they get all the nooks and cranny that are on my checklist. I was not here to do that.

Awesome experience. Called in to schedule an appointment and the CS agent on the phone was awesome. Great attitude and very informative. After scheduling for the next day (which I thought was incredibly quick) The local tech called shortly after and asked if he could come today (same day) which was perfect. Arrived 30 minutes later and was also an awesome individual. Great conversations and great attitude. Very informative and thorough. All around great experience. I called at 9am and they were here and gone before noon. Highly recommend this company.
