This particle situation leaves me frustrated with the breakdown of customer service and not taking care of my home for 5 months now, for a termite service that I thought I was receiving. While walking around my property last week. I found my baiting stations around my house were full of mud, caps off, deteriorated and not serviced. I wrote last week and did not receive a response. I called today and found out my service was cancel due to non payment. I made my quarterly payment in March 2024, which I confirmed went to Orkin through my bank. I had not received any information that my service was going to be canceled, via mail, email or phone call. Also to note: I have also been a customer for over ten years with a separate pest account that is up to date. I still don't understand why they canceled my service and why they would leave their baiting systems in the property. I also don't understand why they did not reach out. I was up to date on my pest control account. I tried to call the service department and make things right with the account. They would rather to live in the past and lay fault with the customer. Hence no longer a customer. Side note: Love the service technician for pest control. Conflict resolution thumbs down and not what was promised in their mission statement for customer service.

I called because we had mice. A technician came out and put some poison down then told us about a plan that costs $90 a month to cover everything from mosquitos to termites to mice. We had several visits over a few months and we still had mice. They sent an inspector who told us it was probably the attic and that they could re-do the insulation and seal the attic so we'd have no more mice. They would replace the insulation clear out the problem and come back if anything happened to survive the job. This was a $5000 job and after having it done and finally feeling like we can rest easy we discovered that we still had mice. When I called the office after being on hold for 30 minutes I was told we didn't have a service until next month! The slogan on hold is we're not happy unless you're happy but the customer experience seems to say the opposite. The inspector and the guys that did the attic were great and the technician has been good to deal with. The issue seems to be at the office where everything is about money and nothing else. Long hold times and conflicting information from one call to the next.

I have been using this service here for the last few months for the rodents that I am getting from my neighbors. The method they are using is helping out cause I am not seeing them as much. They come every other month to spray and treat the outside, I would definitely refer them to friends and family

The issue was solved after just a couple of visits. The business is well-run with professional and friendly employees, efficient operations, good communications technology, effective pest control solutions, and very fair pricing.
