I was very impressed with the service that I received from Orkin. The front desk staff were always delightful to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. The entire team was great...Salvador, Carlos, everyone....Very knowledge and walked me through the entire process.I'm so happy and while I hope I never need them again, I feel confident that they will live up to the 5 year warranty. They made the process easy and swift! I would give them all 10 stars if I could!

Idk how I feel about this business they sprayed for mice and bugs but doesn’t seem like the stuff they use is good cause we are now seeing way more mice we noticed bugs are now coming out like the box elder ones and centipedes I never saw that many before I feel like maybe the spray is making it worse. We decided to end things and switch to a different company that handled one of our other problems we had before

Update: full refund granted. 1 star added. That's good business. OP: Had mice. They came out and originally upcharged me for mosquito service. Cancelled that. Paid 820 bucks to get mice handled. Detailed Inspection and traps laid. 800 did not include sealing up the house! They want close to 6000 dollars to seal the house where there is evidence of them coming in. We are talking steel wool, silicone, sealing foam and maybe some drywall work. This companies business model is ridiculous. Called another company who is coming tomorrow for 89$ to get a second opinion. Try elsewhere first. Bad company.

Switched from monthly service to quarterly. I was quoted at 75$. Orkin tried to charge me 130$. The traps they set out were empty when checked. I'm not paying a bait and switch price for no service. My own traps were more effective. Will be canceling.

I decided to cancel my Orkin service after being a customer for over 5 years. I was very underwhelmed with the service I was receiving for the price I was paying. Communication of scheduling and technician arrival was good with both text messages and emails. But I observed that the visits were very quick and consisted of only filling bait stations, even leaving the dead mice where they lay. I hired a new company and within 15min of being here discovered a bat den on my garage roof that has been there for a long time. My expectation is at some point an Orkin technician would have observed it and brought to our attention. When I canceled I was told a manager would be contacting me and I was planning on informing them of my situation. None ever did, disappointing.

High sales pressure immediately to set up monthly service when I wanted a one time removal of one mouse. Not available 24 hours per their advertisement. Argued with me. Local provider came in 10 minutes, got the mouse, gave a consult around the inside and outside of the house and left as I asked.

Miranda handled our initial review and did a great job. She was knowledgeable, on time, and very respectful of our home. What I appreciated most was how clearly she communicated what she was doing and what would happen next. It was refreshing not to feel like someone was just wandering around without explanation. Overall, a great experience and someone I’d happily recommend.

We have their Orkinshield product and needed an extra home inspection (still under warranty). Nick from Orkin is kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions with compassion and the heart of a teacher. He even went ABOVE AND BEYOND and cleared out a live mouse and some dead frogs from my window wells. Such exceptional customer service!

Cole did a great job. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. I had a delay in getting my first treatment. The main headquarters promised next day but actual Eden Prairie office wasn’t able to do that. I think there needs to be better communication from 1-800 office to Eden Prairie office. It ended up being 2 weeks from when I signed the contract to my first treatment. Not exactly same day.
