He answered all of my questions with compassion and the heart of a teacher. He even went ABOVE AND BEYOND and cleared out a live mouse and some dead frogs from my window wells. Such exceptional customer service!

Cole did a great job. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. I had a delay in getting my first treatment. The main headquarters promised next day but actual Eden Prairie office wasn’t able to do that. I think there needs to be better communication from 1-800 office to Eden Prairie office. It ended up being 2 weeks from when I signed the contract to my first treatment. Not exactly same day.

We’ve worked with Orkin since we bought our house 2 years ago for quarterly maintenance inside and out. They’ve been great since the beginning! We recently discovered a bat in our home and Orkin came out to our house within a few days. They are amazing to work with. In particular, Salvador came and did a home inspection for us and came up with some quotes the same day. We had some questions about the prices and how the total remediation worked. Salvador took the time and drove back out to our house a second time to discuss the plan in more detail with my significant other and I. He answered all of our questions and was so patient and nice to us. He was amazing to work with!! His team that came out to do the total attic remediation was also amazing and worked hard. They were also professional and very nice to work with!

Mike was prompt and polite and described the plan thoroughly. He finished in just over half an hoir. He talked me through the expectations and plan going forward. In 2 hours, yellow jacket activity was nearly done. Only 3 bees came into the house compared to 15 when I sprayed stuff from the hardware store. Happy Happy Happy

Awful customer service - haven’t heard back from Orkin in nearly a week! Paid for some EXPENSIVE mice prevention. Doesn’t seem to be working. Orkin is now blowing us off. Multiple employees copied on their emails and neither of them are replying.

Orkin, as a national brand, should be more organized and provide clear steps on what to expect throughout the course of treatment. The technician who came out didn’t appear knowledgeable about what they were doing and looked unprofessional, even showing up with their fly open. I had to press them for clarification on the next steps. I also had to call myself to confirm the follow-up appointment because no email or text was sent as promised. When I called, they told me they would contact me within three days of the next appointment—but people have jobs and travel schedules. Why not simply call to confirm a time that actually works?

I called Orkin to take care of a Bat problem i was having. They responded very quickly and that combined with their good reviews is why i decided to go with them. Big mistake. Very unprofessional company, they were 4 hours late without any communication and when they showed up the crew didn't know what they were supposed to be doing and argued with me when i corrected them. After they figured out what they were supposed to be doing I went inside to let them work only to look out my window a few minutes later to see them urinating on my garage. I went out and asked them to leave and when I spoke to the manager he tried to tell me it wasn't a big deal. After letting him know that I was upset he said if I wanted to go ahead with the work he would do something about the quoted price. I agreed as long as it wasn't the same guys. The work was completed and I got a bill for full price. I won't be calling Orkin again.
