I had raccoons in my attic which was unnerving. Michael walked me through the needed steps to solve the problem. They had a great group of guys clear my attic. The next day Elijah and Noah put insulation in my house. They were kind and courteous from the moment they arrived. There was an area of concern ,which they addressed right away. As a whole Orkin has been amazing.

Brendon is awesome! He came in and got to the bottom of a knat problem when I had a teenager who had not emptied her cooler down in my basement. Since then he had come on a regular basis to ensure we are good. He is professional and courteous and I would recommend this company always!

Extremely upset I set up an appointment that worked perfectly for me and my grandma as I was doing it for her home and she is super stressed about the jap beetle infested. So they gave us 2 hr window and we both sat here and waited called 3 times and all I got was “can’t get ahold of the schedule they will call us.” Never received call they 2 hour window came and went then I finally called and got very upset and they then tell me we never had an appointment and asked if I wanted to set one up. Absolutely not so I can take off work and never get a service again. Nope will make sure everyone knows so they don’t get the same treatment. Thanks for the time I missed at work and dealing with a very upset grandmother!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Called on Friday and left a voicemail, got a call back from Cody on Saturday who said they could get someone out Monday morning to help address a critter running around in our ceiling. The two hour window comes and goes and nobody shows up, and when I call to try to get ahold of someone they say they show no record of an appointment and the local office is “backed up with calls and won’t answer right now.” So there’s nothing they can do but leave a message for someone to reach out to me. Meanwhile there is something running around over my head and nobody trying to come take care of it. Will be looking to cancel my contract after this. Stay away!

I was sold a pest control contract for a rental and they specifically told me over the phone that they would treat the crawl space. The tech who came out today said they do not do that. I called the same office number and they told me maybe in parts of the US they do treat the crawl space but they do not do that in KS. This company needs to train their workers better to not misrepresent the treatment. I canceled the contract right away and I’m only giving 2 stars because the cancellation seems to be quick without issues. Will see if they stop billing my card in the future.

Had flea treatment services done at my house for the first time and was nervous about the process. I give their team an A+. The person I called for an estimate explained the whole process in full and what to expect plus gave me an price upfront which was a third of the cost that I got from a competitor. John did the treatment and was so professional and kind! He explained what he was going to do and what I needed to do afterwards. He also went above and beyond his job by helping me find my cat who was hiding because he was scared. Thanks again John you are a rock star!!

First trip so idk about the bugs be gone yet. Bit service was professional. Taylor was awesome. I didn't feel like my home was invaded. It was closer to someone coming to help. Johnathan the rep on the phone was great. And came out 24hrs later. See what happens next
