The first woman I talked to said she would send my pricing quote to my email. I called to follow up the next day and spoke to someone else who told me she saw the note on my profile requesting the email but said they cannot email a quote without a commitment. After she refused to just give me pricing and details of coverage in writing I just ended up getting the job done by Blue Beetle at nearly 1/3 of what the Orkin lady quoted me over the phone.
