Orkin Killeen on veterans memorial. The technicians were awesome and knowledgeable. It’s too bad they quoted me one price then triple charged me for another. After speaking with the branch manager he was “surprised” and “unsure” how I was quoted and given such a low price for my first treatment. And well I should be happy that I wasn’t charged the FULL price instead. I asked for a refund on the unauthorized charge and was still given push back. Manager told me it costs him $120 just to send someone out to do a treatment. So he’s loosing out on $. I told him I didn’t make the price I was given up! That is what they told me it was gonna be how is that my fault? I wanted him to honor that. He agreed to refund the unauthorized payment but not before charging my card a second time, then finally returned the money. For 3 unauthorized transactions to my debit card. It took me 6 days to straighten this out. Would not recommend because of the hassle and unprofessional customer service I received. And the women picking up the phone never seem to pass on messages either. Very disappointing!

Gave a follow up appt and a promise to come back anytime if we missed anything on day 1 all on one tab. Highly recommend them to evict your unwanted guests living and eating for free under your roof. Eric Stone was great he explained everything that he was going to do the only thing that happened was when I called into Orkin to schedule to become a customer I asked to be on a monthly flea and tick because I am a fur mom and I take care of my yard and I give her the medicine once a month and I want to make sure that my yard is taken care of once a month too but it was put down every other month not once a month like I had asked so that just needs to be taken care of other than that everything is great. It is a lot cheaper than Terminix which I was with for 4 years I never knew that Orkin was money back guarantee. Which made me also change my services because I was with Terminix for 4 years I could have been saving money all this time. So thank you to Eric Stone for your great service.

Quoted me $369 for two completely different services. I do not understand how a basic service & an upgrade are the exact same price. Sounds sketchy. Told me they’d have to make a few phone calls to see if I qualify for a discount which was also suspicious. When I stated that I’ll call around and see what other businesses are offering, discounts magically became available to me .

This company will steal your money! I paid for them to come out and check my bait stations for 2 years in which they did not perform. I got a renewal notice and I called Orkin and told them I did not feel comfortable giving them 300 plus dollars to do a service that they did not provide for 2 year. The only response I got was "sorry our IT department fixed the issue and everything will be fine going forward." All I wanted was them to cover 1 year free since I paid for 2 years that they didn't fulfill on their end. We are not renewing are contract
