I took off two start because according to the video which lead me to call, they would seal minor cracks to prevent pest entry. I considered that to be worth the extra money I would need to spend to use Orkin. However, although the friendliness was top notch, that turned out to not be the case. He said that was considered exclusion and is way expensive. Contrarily, I was told by the man who booked me during my initial phone call that they would seal small cracks. I made sure to verify that prior to giving my credit card or even making an appt. That was specifically included in the price that I would pay and not called exclusion. Exclusion was more intense and extensive. However, during both initial appointments, the inspection and the pest control application, it was ignored and I was looked at weird when I brought it up. They essentially, in the nicest way possible, refused to seal ONE thing. Even though I took the time and energy and I pointed out the places I thought were suspicious and asked for it. Just like their promotional video showed they were to do! My husband was told he can do it. I asked if they could at least do the small inconspicuous area around where the hose bib enters the house on the back porch and explained why I was asking, and that agreed to do just that one spot. But when they said they were done, I went out and looked and they didn’t do it. I literally had to follow them all the way out to the street and awkwardly interject during their personal conversation as I was just standing there waiting, just to ask again. He then couldn’t find the product on his truck he said he would use. That took way more of my time and energy I ever thought I’d have to expend and of course my credit card was charged in full for less service than I signed up for. Right on schedule the payment was taken but the promise was faltered. Now I’m second guessing my decision to choose Orkin. Not 100% satisfied and I definitely don’t like that I would have to take more time and energy out of our busy life to explain and get it done when I’ve already invested hours of my time to Orkin and still didn’t get what the video shows to get you to choose Orkin. This has bothered me and if I were to do it over again, I would have my husband buy all the products at the feed store and Home Depot and spend the same amount of time that Orkin has taken for less money and stress. PS you would think that he would’ve done all the hose bibs when he finally found his product in the back of his truck and came back and he only did the bare minimum-just the one example when we have multiples. Very frustrating!

I love it.... my little town is know for waterbugs (lg roaches) Very seldom see them anymore! Orkin comes on a regular basis. When i need them to help with the mosquitoes they help with that too! Thank you Orkin!

Horrible service, did not receive the service I expected whatsoever. The first technician that came out heard what the issue was (rodent problem in my attic) said he would spray and bait, walked in the house for a few minutes when I came back outside he was gone. No communication, reading there website I was expecting to learn about possible points of entry what could be bringing them, what I can do myself nope…nothing at all. I called the office about this and was told the technician was very busy but he did add notes he put some traps out ok see you in a month. I am a busy man myself so I let it go for the next 2 visits got about the same communication no real help and still having my issue. The next month no one showed up didn’t receive a message or anything the next month I get a random message hey this is Orkin be there tomorrow I tried canceling since I have had bad service from the beginning and was told they already charged my card so they need to do the service and next time they need a 30 day notice before canceling. I would not recommend this business to anyone

This Orkin branch has been the absolute best at taking care of our pest problems. They are also very flexible in changing our appointment day if we are busy that day. We originally moved from the Ft. Worth area and we were about to drop Orkin because most of the time they would show up late if at all. This branch has been the complete opposite and I love that. Matt has been the absolute best in taking care of us. He is very personable and is great at his job.

We were very impressed Orkin was able to come to our house the day after I called them. Chris came out to our house perfectly on time. We told him about our bug dilemma and he went straight to work. Chris did an awesome job, not to mention on a Saturday of all days. If I could give 10 stars I would, great job Chris!

The best part of my experience (so far) has been the tech, Robert, that came to my house. He was very friendly and informative. My issues: 1.Robert was given a different amount owed, than I was, for today's service. He made a call and cleared it up. 2.When I scheduled the service, I was not informed that we needed to be out of the house for 4 hours after the service. So, part of my service is having to be rescheduled. All in all, Robert made it a positive experience. Thanks Robert, you are appreciated!!
