Inspectors Brian and Alexander both arrived on time, working with my schedule to complete a very thorough yearly inspection. They kept me informed throughout the inspection, also made suggestions and recommendations. Most of all what I really appreciate is that they showed a great deal of "respect" to me, (the customer), my home, and also by listening attentively to my responses.

Everything seemed pretty good from the beginning the gentleman who showed up was extremely professional. Set everything up on easy pay a little upset that he was lazy and didn’t really shut the phone so my dog was hanging out out front for about an hour come the second time they did not communicate with me, and then I got charged for the guy just to walk around my yard and play with my dogs and didn’t even spray which remind you everything was caught on camera and still recorded then the next month I wanted to test it and see if they were actually gonna spray this time caught them on camera just looking into the backyard didn’t do anything and then sat in his car for about an Hour or so, and I got charged for that. Terrible customer service do not recommend them.

Executive administrator leadership of Orkin, please be informed that Orkin specialist exterminator Sergio Valdez is the personification of Excellence in achieving top-notch customer satisfaction. Sergio demonstrates the core values of ethics, tenacity, altruism moral integrity, and social courage. He is the embodiment of professionalism, Mr Valdez went above and beyond the Call of Duty to educate my mother and me concerning environmental issues dealing with rodents, and pests providing the best pest control measures inside of her house, and outside the house,⁹ to make sure that all outside creatures will be precluded from entering outside and inside the house. Sergio allocated time to speak to us and educate us with the utmost professionalism, of all of the discounts and social Environmental measures that Orkin has available to utilize at my mother's house. I highly recommend that Sergio Valdez be awarded employee of the year, a job promotion, and six weeks of paid vacation. I am also requesting that the branch manager, Penny Salazar, call me so I can expound more concerning the core values that Sergio demonstrates: moral integrity, social courage, dedication, and professionalism.

Super expensive, be aware of what you are getting and the prices, especially when signing a contract for a project. I chose to cancel my contract for lack of recent evidence and Orkin charged me, "nearly", $100 for every time that they stopped by, even if no work was done, besides stopping by to see empty traps. If you are unsure, do not sign, or you will pay a very hefty and unreasonable price if you need to back out of a contract.. learn from my mistake, you customers have been informed.. good day!

I signed up for services September 2024! I have not had anything except great service! Profession and extremely knowledgeable Service techs come to my house! Brian came out to check my attic and was so very polite and friendly. Although he didn’t have the best of news to tell me after his investigation in the attic, he was very nice and no judgement was detected from him. That’s awesome service! I appreciate him keeping it professional. He also educated me on how to help keep spiders ants mice out! So a 5 star rating! The techs and their service are what gives the 5 stars for me! If more employees who are attached to the business name Orkin would operate with such integrity and friendliness, 5 stars would definitely be given at every review.
