Overall the service is fine if you're willing to continue to pay for it. I don't like that the standard treatment doesn't help with mosquitoes according to the representative. Orkin wanted me to pay an additional $350 annually for a 7 month mosquito treatment on top of my regular $600 annual regular treatment. I've been an Orkin customer for over 6 years. Considering how most prices in 2024 are inflated, I've reached the point where I'm just not willing.

Orkin is A1 in with me! The moment I realized I had a problem, I called them and the very next day they came out to treat my property. When I seen new activity, they came out again. No complaints, they just came in and did the job. Within a couple of weeks the new activity is dying out quickly. I most definitely recommend them. Great service.

So far, we love Orkin! They’re on time, they communicate well, reasonably priced. We hate any bugs in or around our house and we originally hired them due to ants coming into the bathroom but now we use them for the house and yard to keep any seasonal pests away. The guys who come are always so respectful and considerate, always bringing my back my fence key and letting me know what they’re doing.

They used to be good with us. Last month we had to call the exterminator back to our home because of roach sightings and when the guy showed up he immediately said “hang on I’ll be right back” went into his truck and never came back. I called Orkin to see what was the matter because the exterminator left without even doing the job but they didn’t answer and never returned my call after leaving a message. I’m sure they still charged us for it because they waited until he had to come for the month to actually send him over. Sure it’s free to have an exterminator return before they have to but it’s only a useful benefit IF they ACTUALLY showed up.

I would like to amend my previous review. I have now been canceled on twice after my appointment start time for their one month follow up. The office will not answer their phone and the man who i have been in contact with has blamed me for not calling the office to schedule, when i was already scheduled multiple times. This is a pathetic way to go about doing business. Incredible job done by the man who came out to spray. Very informative and so helpful!
